This Hwy 55 location is clean with a very caring and friendly staff. Great service. I had two separate orders. You have to use the computer to order food and it takes cards only. I had to pay for one of the orders in cash. I asked an employee what to do. They have a separate register where the employee let me pay for my cash order and my card order. She was very nice and made sure everything was ordered correctly. These were takeout orders and they got it right. I ordered the Shrimp Po Boy with fries and it was very good. My other order was a double Carolina Classic burger with fries. Highly recommended.

The food was delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing and the service was great. My sister and I got the patty melt and it was so good. It was just like the picture that was on our table. It’s back for a limited time so go by Highway 55 and check it out. We also got the chili cheese fries and they had the right amount of chili and cheese on them, delicious! Their tea is also delicious. Will definitely return to eat here again.

Came here for that Amerikana diner experience. The burger was among the best I had on my trip down from Canada. The strawberry cheesecake ice cream was also very good.

Smaller restaurant, but not lacking for charm or customer service. Mary was attentive and pleasant. The pimento bacon cheeseburger was cooked just right! Will definitely visit again when in the area and craving a good burger!

I went through the drive through and ordered a JB&B burger (sandwich only). I waited at the window for Beth to even come take my payment for 12 minutes! There were 3 girls standing around behind the counter, and a man on the phone making drinks. I am very dissatisfied, as my burger tasted like leather and it was cold. **Note times in the photo!

Food and service are always exceptional! Has an old 50’s burger joint feel. If you’re set on ‘fast food’, go here instead of the usual McDonalds, etc. The quality and service more than make up for the price difference vs a dollar menu.

Server took our order and got the drinks wrong. After the food order came out 2 out of 3 of our party’s food was wrong. Think the server had problems paying attention to detail. Normally this isn’t a problem here but they have some new staff that needs work on listening instead of talking….

This was the first time for my wife and Myself to eat at the new location. The food was excellent and was warm. Much better than old location. Taste was perfect for the shrimp I ordered. The wait staff was very knowledgeable on menu items and what could be swapped and interchangeable. The waitress was very attentive and made sure we didn’t need anything while we ate. The atmosphere was more enjoyable than the old location and the staff had more of a positive and reassuring nature than the other two locations we had tried previously. The only down I have for our visit is the bus bot. I understand the companies want to include more technology and items that cause people to talk to bring in more traffic. If that was the purpose of the robot server I cool with it but if it was to actually work and help the staff. There could be more updates and configuration to the system to make the bus bot more efficient with time. The lady could have brought our food out in mere seconds to where the bot had to stop multiple times to check surroundings and nothing was close to it. It could just be in early stages if it is I apologize. But overall it was a very good experience and meal.

OMG! It was my first time here and what amazing staff. Fast Friendly Service with a Welcoming Smile in the Drive Thru. Stopped to Cool off with a Banana Split and was not disappointed. Loaded with all the yummiest topping.
