Usually Wendy’s messes up my hubby’s order. This one got his burger right! No cheese! Decorations apparently related to the new Addams Family movie, looked nice enough. Cashier had some difficulty counting change when she hit the wrong key on the register but no real biggie I guess. My hubby felt like if you can’t do that why are you handling money in the first place. Overall good experience. Main problem was the overdone perfume by the other customers. My husband’s asthma is easily triggered by strong fragrances and some of the ladies there were swimming in it. We had to leave before I was done because he was getting uncomfortable. That’s not the fault of the business but I wish others would think about things like that.

The food is good, right temperature, right toppings special order just to see quick service in drive thro. Only complaint is the employees attitude!!!! Very rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning after I ordered I could hear employees making fun of me and how they needed to go home it was close to closing

Worker should not think you going to order the same thing all the time and put it on your order they should let you order . This one worker at Welch,WV Everytime I go in will tell the lady at the chasier what I order the other times I been there and tonight decided that I was wanting the same thin but I didn’t already put it on my order instead of letting ME place my order they should let you TELL them what you what!!!! And the customer should ALWAYS get a RECEIPT!!!!!!

Went today, had a pregnancy craving of French fries and a frosty so ended up going with hubby to get some food. Workers were so rude and snobby and they forgot his burger with the #7 meal and had an attitude. Fries were not fresh nor were the nuggets I got. This place has become terrible. I’ve worked Wendys and various fast food restaurants and ik it’s stressful but come on. Do your job and have some decency or don’t work there.

Doors locked can’t get in to order have to have enough clearance to get in drive thru so unfortunately cannot tell you how the food taste. Should have a drive thru order only posted on the doors and noted on website
