Loved the Lobsta Roll. Served warm and good sized portion.
Friendly and efficient service. Dine in or take out. Usually a little busy – 20 minute wait for hot sandwich. Reasonable price About $17.50 for the Lobsta Roll.

We stopped here before our flight. Located right in the mall about 2 miles from the airport. Food was really good. The bread outstanding. Service was okay- they completed made the wrong turkey sandwich. The other two sandwiches were spot on. It also took much longer than it should for a sandy shop. Overall. Not a bad place

Service was good, friendly staff. This review is mainly on the lobster roll which is really not a roll at all but more like a baguette. I couldn’t really taste the lobster at all so it was more like a mushroom and onion cheese melt. But I’d be willing to try a different sandwich if I was ever in the area again, just would not recommend the lobster roll.

This place was pretty bad… customer service was so horrendous here and the food wasn’t even that good.

When we walked in there was only two people there. We then ordered a pastrami sandwich and a French dip sandwich. Then there were three other locals or islanders that ordered after us and two of the groups ordered sandwich’s as well. It then took 45 minutes to get our food. All the locals were served before us and all ordered after us.

We also asked 30 minutes in to see where our food was at for the past 30 minutes because we only wanted to stop in there for a couple minutes and they said they where waiting on the pastrami sandwich which took 15 minutes to make. It should not take 45 minutes to make two sandwiches. The last time we were here it also took 45 minutes for a couple of sandwiches two years ago.

During this I overheard the lady that served us talking to another customer on the phone and she asked if they were an Islander.

Also the food wasn’t that good as well the French dip didn’t have a lot of meat but it was ok. The pastrami sandwich however was pretty bad; the bread was stale and there wasn’t that much meat.

After this we literally went to Costco because the pastrami sandwich wasn’t very good and got food there for 6 times cheaper and it was better than the sandwich’s that we got.

Overall I would not recommend eating here due to the lack of customer service and the food. We used to come all the time 15 years ago and the place has degraded over time.

Extremely delicious turkey club. Real bacon, love that there’s sprouts on the sandwich very filling for just one half. Did wait about 20 mins as they are busy but worth it 100%
Lots of seating inside and outside the restaurant!

(whoops forgot to take a photo of the full sandwich)

Best sandwich place on the island, honestly we think it’s better than many sandwich places in California lol the classic club was great, their secret sauce was really the highlight; Turkey sandwich was so fresh – the meat, veges and even cheese were delicious by themselves, only added mayo as sauce together was just perfect solid five stars and great choice/break after eating so many poke

Great sandwiches! The Reuben wasn’t quite saucy enough for my liking, but still was good. Everything they do is yummy and the bread is great.

My favorite deli sandwich in Kauai is called the Carolina. It’s extraordinarily delicious and the bread is soft and fresh. I always make it a point to visit this deli once or twice whenever I’m Kauai. I give it 5 pickles! !

One of my favorite spots when I am in Kauai. My favorite is the tuna melt. Ugh no one makes a tuna melt like this place. Definitely recommend if you are on the island of Kauai.
