I don’t understand the low reviews. I loved my experience here. Clay addressed me when I walked in and started working on my order right away. It was ready in less than five minutes. He wiped down my cup cause it got a little lemonade on the outside 🙂 great customer service. I used to go to the Crystal location but it’s a tough parking lot to get in and out of. I will be using this location from now on. Thank you Clay!

The wings were okay. I can definitely say I’ve had much better. When I asked for my pop the gal filling my cup didn’t understand that I wanted Diet Coke so another worker had to come and help her. I was absolutely grossed out that nobody was wearing gloves when they ate touching your food. I don’t think I will be rushing back for subpar wings and service.

Food was bussin’ fr! Wings came out hot and fresh, and everything was packed with flavor. The workers were super nice and friendly, and my order was ready in like 10 minutes. Only small thing to mention is there’s no seating area it’s takeout only but that’s really just because of how the building’s set up, not even a real con. Definitely will be back!

Decided to try Wingstop for the first time. Tried to not have super high expectations as other locations have had mixed reviews. It was a positive experience for me. Workers were very nice. Taste was pretty good for both the boneless wings and fries. A few of my wings could have been hotter (temperature wise), and the fries were a little soggier than I had hoped. Overall, good experience, and I will be back again.

I’m not surprised why their rating is 2.1. As many have pointed out, Super Rude Cashier!! Yesterday, I went there to pick up a DoorDash order, but the BIG girl at the counter ignored me while my order was ready and she just needed to hand it to me, so I told her about that but she yelled at me and said OKAYYYY!! and continued ignoring me. I left there without picking up the order, and reported and banned them forever!

MANAGEMENT – You need to step in and get your employees some help. It’s 7:30pm on a Saturday with 20+ unfulfilled orders on the board, and the lobby is filled with customers. Many have waited over an hour, and they’re still waiting. One poor employee is running the entire operation by himself. The front door was locked when I arrived. I had to knock to be let in.
