I got to come in here a few times during my visit in Monmouth, Kelly the bartender/server gave great service and positive attitude. The bar area is fun and the restaurant side is relaxing. The owners are also very kind and their food is really delicious, can tell its fresh ingredients.

I ordered orange chicken around lunch hour when I took a bite out of it the inside of the chicken was a very dark brown and rock hard it was disgusting. Which is really sad because if it wasn’t old and nasty they have very good potential to be a good place to eat at. The sauce was very nice and quite lovely. Just the chicken was old like it’s been sitting for days and they warmed it up in a microwave. I did however call and they did replace it with no questions asked. They just wanted the food back that only had literally one bite taken out of it.

Well.. we went to Sing Fay for dinner last night… wow its good!
I got the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. The sauce was better than the place we went to in Salem. The portion size was so much i have left overs for lunch!
The Fiancé got the Broccoli beef with the steamed rice. He really enjoyed it. Said the sauce they used was more savory than sweet which is different then What we are use to.
The Dumplings were good. Might need a bit of salt but thats just me.
We will definitely got back and try more options. Kelly and the Owner (i cant remember her name!) Were so friendly and funny!

I can’t recommend Sing Fay enough! Mendy and her team serve up some of the best Chinese food around, and the atmosphere feels just like family. I always order the stir-fried rice noodles with Chinese sausage, and Mendy is so sweet to make it for me, even though it’s not on the menu! My husband’s favorite is the Mongolian beef, and we both love their hot & sour soup! And don’t skip Kelly’s cocktails they’re amazing and go perfectly with the food. If you’re looking for a great meal and a welcoming vibe, this is the place to be!

Used to be our favorite. USED to be. Last two visits were absolutely terrible food. Under cooked yet greasy tasting batter, mushy beef and miniscule amount of sweet and sour sauce provided. I’ll truly be surprised if they last much longer, we have a nice, tasty selections of local restaurants for a small town; too bad Sing Fay isn’t included in my recommendations any longer.

Amazing food! The cumin lamb was so flavorful and I had the orange chicken which was super crispy and very well dressed in sauce ! We had the bean buns for appetizer and we can’t wait to come back and try more dishes ! Also a fun place to get drinks and karaoke ! The ladies treated us very well and are super friendly to boot!!! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely great food never unhappy with my meal whether its for here or to go and the bartender kelly can be hilarious and makes some great cocktails! The owner is a very sweet woman who always makes me laugh this place is a must stop for me and I love bringing by friends for the late night karaoke.

I have tried egg rolls in so many places. I was struggling to find some in Oregon that were as good as California. Belice me when I tell you this is the spot!!! Their egg rolls are phenomenal!!! Hands down the best I’ve had since moving out of Cali! If you haven’t already go try!!

WOW!!! Are you looking for great Chinese food without breaking the bank?? This place is for you!! I cannot believe how AMAZING the food was.. I’ve been to most of the local Chinese places have not been satisfied.. I left Sing Fay today feeling sooo happy, satisfied and valued as a customer. They don’t skimp on anything, and NOTHING is overcooked or overpriced! Our waitress Carolina was terrific and highly involved with making our experience, the best possible. Broccoli Beef is the best I’ve ever tasted… I’m so happy to have found this amazing little restraunt. If you don’t check them out, you are missing out! I’m still trying to comprehend why I went to any other restraunts for so long.
