Nice atmosphere, everything seems fairly new. The menu is on an iPad and only available in Italian. The ramen was nice – there was an option to add extra toppings for a reasonable fee. There was a decent selection of sushi/gyoza dishes including some veggie options.

Very good ramen. The soup is one of the best I ever had, but I would use bok choy instead of spinach. I would also use another kind of plate (now a bowl) for the japanese curry. And maybe another advice; lower a bit the temperature in the restaurant

Ramen buono, la location é molto bella, ma il servizio davvero scadente: dal momento in cui ci si siede si è completamente da soli, non c’è nemmeno un cameriere che venga a chiedere o ritirare i piatti; bisogna ordinare in autonomia e alzarsi quando si vuole, chiaramente con i piatti sporchi lasciati davanti. Avevamo fatto una prenotazione con the fork, inutile dire che il prezzo pagato era sbagliato e che non ci è stato dato nemmeno lo scontrino.

Consiglio vivamente il ramen Tonkotsu! È dotato di un abbondante brodo di ossa di maiale, maiale tenero servito con ramen elastici, maiale arrosto che si scioglie in bocca, succose uova sode e fragranti cipolle verdi Ogni boccone è delizioso!

Il locale è adiacente all’altro ristorante che possiedono, sempre “Mio” di nome, dentro al quale ci hanno fatto sedere al tavolo perché in Mio Ramen non c’era aria condizionata. Il cibo non è male: il brodo del ramen era saporito, mentre alcuni degli ingredienti che c’erano all’Inter non lo erano. I camerieri gentili, forse un po’ insistenti, mentre l’ambiente un po’ freddo nei colori e nell’arredamento. In sostanza, non è un 5 stelle.
