Had the fried pickles and brisket tacos. The tacos were recommended by staff, who were very helpful, and they did not disappoint! A lot of brisket, coleslaw was on point. Used the Chipotle Peach bbq sauce and it was delish! We ate two tacos before I thought to take a picture though! Highly recommend!!

If you have been here before beware… There has been a recent change in ownership and the food quality has taken a hit for the worse. I took my parents here for the first time after raving about this places BBQ and how it’s the closest thing to authentic Texas BBQ here in the valley. Man was I sorely disappointed and so were my parents. We spent what I would call a premium, a little over $100 for 3 meals and we were served dog food. The meats were OK, I had ordered the brisket and burnt ends. The brisket was a bit on the dry side but was manageable with the addition of bbq sauce and they really got the “burnt” part of burnt ends right. The sides were godawful and had to be thrown out. The coleslaw had a very strong chemical taste that made it practically inedible, the cheesy potatoes which I had come to love was some sort of prison mush, and the mac and cheese was taken right out of SYSCO labeled tub and warmed up. You won’t catch me ever returning to this establishment.

Hands down the best BBQ I have had since I moved to Idaho from Texas. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and outgoing. They made me feel welcome. I am now a devout follower and will be regularly returning. Again the food was fantastic. If I could give 6 stars I would, if you want really good BBQ this is the place to go!

Great food! The owner served us and the food was great. The bartender figured out how to make me a drink that wasn’t on the menu. Brisket was bomb, the macaroni and cheese was like grandmas. Food was so good I forgot to snap a picture… but we will be back. Great local business to support!

It’s an amazing hidden BBQ gem here in Nampa! I took two of my sons for lunch today. We ordered the 2 meat & 2 sides combo and the 1 meat & 2 sides combo. The brisket here is delicious and moist. Their mac and cheese is delectable (not Kraft and made in-house), and so are the green beans. The mashed potatoes and gravy and cold pasta salad were enjoyed thoroughly by my son. The pork belly and hot links were also delicious!
The only downside is the wait. But it’s absolutely worth the wait. So don’t come here in a hurry. It ain’t Burger King!
