Today is Red Cup day & I ordered ahead on the app SPECIFICALLY under the Holiday Beverages section (see photo). I saw that the white chocolate mocha was listed so I ordered that. When I got inside, the first barista gave me my drink & when I asked if she could give me the red cup she said no, you need to order a holiday drink. I pulled up the app to show her & she walked away & kept repeating herself & listing off the holiday drinks. Rude but okay. Then the manager came over & started saying the same thing. I also showed her the app & she tried to say no & I was like I ordered this because it’s on the list listed on YOUR company app. I didn’t know the app was wrong. She says with A BUNCH of attitude, yeah you can’t get a red cup for that drink but we’ll give you one anyway and SLAMS the cup down in front of me & storms off. I smiled & said thank you & got completely ignored by all the employees. I can’t even give them the benefit of the doubt that it was busy & they were stressed. There were 3 people sitting that already had their drinks & maybe 4 cars in the drive thru with at least 5 employees working (half of them just chit chatting and hanging out). Absolutely ridiculous. I will not support this location anymore which is sad because I’ve been coming here since the store first opened. Ugh. Now to force down my $7 coffee that tastes bad because apparently it was made with hate instead of love. Happy freakin’ holidays.

Not a fan of their food or even their coffee. I do love their teas and some of their specialty blended drinks. I’m very much of a coffee connoisseur and I feel that Starbucks lacks the best coffees. They provide a quiet place to enjoy your drink without a lot of noise and stress.

The girl working was so nice! I ordered a cookie crumble crème frap, and I didn’t know they weren’t on the menu anymore. She was soo nice and helped me figure out how to order it for next time:) it came out so pretty I took a pic like it’s 2012. She was so sweet! It’s welcoming people like that when you go out for a treat that can really make or break your day, so I’m really grateful :’)

I think they brewed my coffee with mlre coffee instead of water, it felt like 100mg of caffeine per sip. I felt pretty sick afterwards.( i ordered a plain grande dark roast) Other wise, service was friendly.

The communal RR sinks are disgustingly dirty. The faucet bar to turn on the water was filthy and should be wiped down regularly. There were 2 bottles of hand soap that were both empty. So my question is what are the employees doing to wash THEIR hands??? These people are handling your food! It appears they must’ve had it clean when the inspector came through. Someone needs to be on this, such a violation here.

I love Starbucks because you can count on it if you order something a certain way it’s going to taste the way you want it . The order is usually correct.
This Starbucks is Pleasant because it’s not right on the main drag and they haven’t finished the shopping center yet so it’s not too crowded. Enjoy
