It’s a strong opening for sure and definitely worth coming back for! There’s also no time limit.
There’s two sections, one an appetizer and sushi buffet. The appetizer has typical buffet American food like chicken wings. The sushi buffet has rolls as well as nigiri and sashimi. It comes in small portions in a cute plate.
The other section is the build your own bowl of stir-fry. There’s options of noodles or nice and you can pick your protein, veggies and sauce. Give it to the chef and they cook it for you and bring it to the table when it’s done!! Definitely a cool idea and I really like it !! I don’t think I’ve been to a place where they do that.
Weekend and dinner buffet is $25.99 and weekday lunch is $17.99. Drinks are extra for $2.79. It’s really reasonable and worth the price! Children have cheaper pricing.
Food:
(4.7/5) Sushi: really good and had a variety of rolls! The only thing was that two of the rolls I had the rice were a bit dry.
Love the fresh sashimi and nigiri!
Soups: They had hot and sour soup and miso soup. I love the hot and sour one but wasn’t too big of a fan for the miso soup.
(5/5) Stir-fry: I had noddles and a mix of everything they had and it tasted delicious! Theres a good variety of sauce so if you had multiple bowls you can mix different flavors. The chefs know what they’re doing!
Desserts: I was so full I didn’t get to try any of the desserts other than ice cream. But that was good.
Ambience:
(5/5) It gave a modern look with some neon lights and cool decor!! Love the colored smoke! It gave me similar vibes to KPOT but this is much brighter in lighting. Music is very much in the background, not too loud which is nice!
The bathrooms are very clean and they have proper doors that don’t have gaps in between which is a big deal for me.
Service:
(5/5) Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Everything seems very cohesive and with a busy night, the service was excellent.
One thing I didn’t ask was for accommodation for any allergies. For those with allergies, I would definitely ask about how they would prepare your stir fry. They cook everyone’s order on the same grill.
Overall definitely recommend it, will come again soon! Congrats on the opening.
Highly recommend checking it out.
A lot of Asian restaurants struggle with consistency. One day you go in and the food is incredible fresh, juicy, perfectly cooked. Then you come back a week later and the steak is brown, and tastes like it’s been sitting out way too long. The rice feels old. The whole experience is different. I’ve seen it happen over and over. Some places start out booming because the quality is amazing, but once they get comfortable, the standards slip. The restaurant over by Northern Lights Plaza is a perfect example packed every day for months when they first opened. Then the quality dropped, and now it’s maybe a fraction of the business they used to have. And the reason is simple: quality.
This place feels different.
The food tastes fresh. The steak isn’t brown it’s red and looks how it’s supposed to, the food tastes and looks fresh Nothing feels like it’s been sitting out for days. You can tell there’s real attention to quality here.
Yes, it’s more expensive. But I don’t mind paying extra for high-quality food. I would much rather spend more money and know I’m eating something fresh and well-prepared than save a few dollars and eat dry, slightly rotten food
As long as this place keeps its standards high and refuses to cut corners, I truly believe it will be successful long-term. Please don’t sacrifice on quality. That’s how you keep long-term customers. That’s how you build real loyalty.
