Legitemately the best Chinese takeout of all time. My husband grew up with this place, when we met he introduced me and I knew I could never eat at any other Chinese takeout again! The quality at Wah Yoan is unmatched! We don’t even live in the are anymore and I still send my husband 30 mins away to pick it up or willingly pay a long distance delivery fee specifically to get it from here. A problem I’ve had with other Chinese takeout places (besides quality in general) is the fried items always taste nasty like bad oil and chicken pieces are typically… odd. I’m very particular about chicken. At Wah Yoan though? I will eat an entire container of chicken without thinking twice! Their fried items are the absolute best as well. I love their egg rolls. It’s hard to recommend one thing because actually everything is good, but I would say the honey chicken is a stand out! I will continuing spreading the Wah Yoan gospel, please never close shop!!

I had a delivery order and thought the food was awful. I am not sure how anyone could say this is authentic. I lived in China and can say this is definitely not authentic. The lo mein had no flavor. We also ordered the sesame chicken which was just mostly breading with no meat. Overall, the food is low quality. I do not recommend.

Finding authentic Chinese food in Florida has been a challenge ever since I moved here from New York three years ago. For the longest time, it felt almost impossible, until my friends and I stumbled upon this place. What a revelation.
This spot delivers the kind of flavor and authenticity that instantly transported me back to the chinos in New York City. Every bite had that unmistakable taste I’ve been craving for years. It’s the kind of food that makes you stop mid-bite and smile, because you know you’ve finally found the real thing.
Frankly, this restaurant deserves so much more attention. If one of those viral TikTok food creators ever put the spotlight on it, the line out the door would be endless. One word sums it up: incredible.
If you miss New York Chinese food, this is the closest thing you’ll find to being back home. And if you love it like I did, do them a favor, leave a review and spread the word. This place is the real deal.

First time eating here and it was just ok. The wings were definitely the best item ordered. We got Fried Chicken Wings w/ Pork Fried Rice & Pork Lo Mein. The fried rice had no real flavor and kind of looked like brown/grey rice. The lo mein was also bland and pretty underwhelming. The price was surprising decent. I might go back for the chicken wings if anything.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE. ALL OF IT IS OVERCOOKED BECAUSE THEY PRECOOK EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE VEGETABLES SO THEY ARE MUSH. MO BOK CHOY EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD IT WAS IN THERE. WILL NOT WASTE MY MONEY HERE AGAIN.

I ordered orange chicken, but apparently only about 5% of it was actually chicken. I guess the other 95% was flour.
