Lunette finished her side work before starting our sandwiches
Other employee just stood against the counter by the toaster staring at the floor and talking to Lunette not doing anything at all .. as they talked we stood there just watching them complain about working and slowly move around sighing . This isn’t the first time and that’s why I wanted to leave a review hoping something will change . Jeremy should work more he is THE BEST !!!! Unfortunately we never see him anymore ,

Cody took my order and made my sub great. I did ask for a lot of olives (like you would put lettuce on the sub) he told me he could do that but could give me a few extra. He was extremely polite about it. I really appreciated his great customer service attitude. Thank you Cody.

I did an online order for pickup. There was barely any meat on the sub. This was the most stingy subway I’ve ever been too. The Italian herbs and cheese bread was also severely lacking with the “ toppings” or seasonings. I even paid to have extra meat, and it was still severely lacking.

How is there only 1 employee on a Sunday. The line has at least 12 customers and one employee working this is rediculous and causes horrible customer service. The employee is clearly frustrated and I have been standing here for 30 minutes with 3 people in front of me all because he’s alone. Management has to do better. There should at least be 2 employees helping each other.

What has happened to Subway? I ordered 3 subs pick them up and the bread was about half the size it used to be. There was very little meat on the sandwiches and no cheese. The toppings were not as ordered either. I actually took them home and added my own cheese and put some more meat on them because they were so pitiful. The picture I’ve shown is with my added cheese and meat. Notice the size of the bread is less than 2″ across.

I ordered online At 7 PM Monday August 11th 2025. When I arrived, my order was not ready, even though it was the time they allotted. I waited almost 20 minutes to get my food. Then the food was not correct when I got home. I called for almost 2 hours. No one answered. On my way back up there at 9:15. The manager finally answered.. I told them I was pulling in and I wanted a refund. When I walked in, I was met by a minor who told me the manager was not available even though I had just gotten off the phone with them. When I asked for the manager and a receipt and a number to call, corporate with the minor walked out and threw paper at me and said your order will be refunded in two days. There was no asking of my name and there was no car transaction done. And the number they gave me to call was disconnected. I will never visit this subway again.

I Ordered 2 half subs online and ended up waiting a total of 45 min. The 2 people decided to get everyone else order done including the people walking in who waited no longer then 5 mins to be helped while I sat inside along with another online customer waiting for our food eventually the lady gets my food ends up being a whole mess another customer is smart mouthing me trying to rush me out to sum this all up I will never be going again

Love Subway, BUT they are getting a bit cheap with their salad ingredients. Used to give a solid portion of vegetables, now you are lucky to get 1/2 ! Bowl. Please ADD more lettuce as it’s a Salad I really can’t see 1 cup of extra lettuce costing all that much. Yes over the long run it makes you more money, but causes your customers pause. Every restaurant out there has raised their prices about 30% or more in the last 4 + years. SO, makes more sense to give them a little more value with items that cost less for you. We know you need to survive. Add more lettuce please

The worst subway. Always out of bread. It is 2025 subway get you online ordering together. It shouldn’t be so hard to order subs. Try to order a footlong and it will only let me order a 6inch. Can’t even use the app it never loads. How are you going to advertise bogo online only for the website nor app to work.
