Waited 30 mins for a burger and fries that looked and tasted like they came from the freezer section. Atmosphere is cozy enough. Without any corporate fast food joints poaching local consumers, you’d think Clark’s would make a better effort.

Maybe they’re having an off day, but it was very disappointing. The burger was room temperature, the bun was literally cold like it had been in a refrigerator. The large order if Curly Fries were VERY skimpy, overcooked and mostly small pieces of burnt potato. I think were only 3 a cc tual “curly” fries in it.
**UPDATE: there were 5 of us in our group and mine was the only issue. Because the owners also replied to this to apologize and let me know it was a staffing issue (which I 100% empathize with) I’m updating the number of stars to reflect everyone else’s meals. They all had hot food, that tasted great. Their only issue was that they also felt the portion of fries they received was skimpy. Everything else met their expectations. Thank you Clark’s for responding.

Amazing place! They even had pup cups for the dog, a veggie burger for the plant eater, and solid burgers and malts for the omnivores. Those curly fries are heavenly!

Horrible customer service, wrong food orders / missing items, didn’t get drinks/milkshakes till after done eating. Seen 3 different tables get passed up to take orders and then took an order from a family that showed up at least mins after said 3 tables. Seen customers ask about their ice cream orders or milkshake orders and the lady in charge giving them attitude about. Felt kind bad for the regular staff as they were trying to get stuff done but their supervisor micromanage every little thing they did. Kind of bummer probably won’t go back there again. Used to be a favorite spot to go when we travel over there.

They were out of everything but burgers, didn’t receive half of our order which were our kids meals, had to ask multiple times for our drinks and for the items that we were missing. We finally talked to the manager who refunded our meals but wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Kids food finally came out as we were leaving 2 hours later. Watched two tables walk out because the server told them she forgot to put their orders in after they had both been sitting there for half an hour.

This is a great little place. We were passing through and had never been here but we’re very glad that we stopped. The food was delicious, hot and made to order and the service was great. We went in close to closing time but they still served us and were very friendly.
