for the third time in a row i’ve been missing queso when i order in the drive thru. i genuinely don’t understand why it’s not on my bowl, especially when im paying extra for it and can see on my ticket that i put it there and it wasn’t me. the people that work there have horrible manners and lack respect for the guests. i work in a restaurant, i understand that people suck, but at least pretend like you aren’t miserable.

This Chipotle is just getting worse as time goes by which is such a shame, since I normally favor Chipotle. But this time a pick up order was placed and did my”salad” they forgot the main ingredient of a salad. Lettuce. I waa on lunch so didn’t have time to drive back. Then the chicken was salty also so I couldn’t even eat it since there was nothing to offset the salty flavor. So non-salad was tossed in the trash. Very disappointing.

Trash needs taken out. Every table is soiled. There is a sauce dollop dried onto the pizza pan which they handed me my food on. Every surface i touched was sticky, especially near the wet floor sign. It doesn’t look like they mop the floor at night… just smear the filth out evenly across the floor. It’s so dirty here. I don’t even want to go to the bathroom to wash my hands. I’m just gonna wipe it on my pants.

I went to this Chipotle at 9:05 PM even though they close at 11:00 PM, and was told they couldn’t serve me because there “wasn’t much food left.” The employee then told me to order online, but also said she couldn’t guarantee the order would go through.

So basically, they wouldn’t serve customers in person and weren’t even confident they could fulfill online orders, almost two hours before closing. If the store is open, customers should be able to order food. This is poor service and bad closing-time management.

I hate to give this review but this Chipotle keeps getting worse and worse.
1)the visit before my last visit I wanted some chips and they were stale. I asked for fresh chips and they told me they prep them since the morning, which makes sense why they were so hard.
2)on my last visit i get there at 9pm, mind you a whole hour before they close, and they are out of almost everything. I would understand if it was 9:40-9:45, but a whole hour? That is ridiculous. And its not the first time it happens.

The customer service is not the best either. They seem to not care that they are out of food a whole hour before they close and they seem to not care me going elsewhere.

The food is always on point. The some staff are friendly and some seem apathetic. The decor is modern and clean cut. I really enjoyed the barbacoa salad, but may opt out of rice next time due to calories. I appreciate that they had a brown rice option.

This location has been a bit disappointing compared to other Chipotle restaurants in San Antonio. I used to work at Chipotle in College Station, so I understand how things should be done behind the line — and that’s why I’m writing this review with genuine care and respect for the brand.

I’ve visited this location a few times since it’s closest to my home, but the food often tastes bland. During my most recent visit, I paid closer attention and noticed what I believe to be the manager (based on his shirt) mixing the white rice with only cilantro — no salt or lime juice. Those two ingredients are essential to Chipotle’s flavor, and skipping them changes the whole experience.

To be fair, I thought they might have run out of the ingredients, so I politely asked for a side of lime juice. The manager went to the back and brought out a fresh container, which told me they had it available all along. After adding lime and salt myself, my bowl tasted much better.

As someone who’s worked grill before, I know how important it is to take pride in even the smallest details. It only takes a few seconds to make sure the rice is mixed correctly, and it makes a huge difference for customers.

That said, the staff was very nice and polite throughout my visit, and I can tell they’re trying to keep things running smoothly. I truly believe this team is capable of great work — they just need to bring a little more attention to those small but important steps.

I’ll be coming back, and I’m hopeful I’ll see improvements next time. I know this location can live up to the Chipotle standard. Keep pushing — I’m rooting for you all!

I go here at least once or twice a week. Usually it’s good and consistent on food quality. Sometimes the rice isn’t cooked thru and the chips are usually either undercooked or burnt. Sometimes they are too rushed to listen to you so if you say “Light cheese” or something they just dump a regular amount. Other than those small issues it’s good.

I honestly never thought I’d be writing something like this. I go to Chipotle almost every day — it’s my go-to spot — but this last visit was really disappointing. I ordered two veggie bowls with rice (not lifestyle bowls), three tortillas on the side, and some rice and beans in cups. I was polite and clear about what I wanted, but the person making my food just wouldn’t listen. She kept talking to her coworker while I was ordering, and when I repeated myself, she acted like what I was asking for was confusing. Think she was new cause this was the first time i seen the African American girl. By the time my food was packed, the rice and beans I asked for were completely forgotten. The tortillas I finally got were raw, and the way the staff spoke to me — so quiet I couldn’t even hear them — made me feel ignored and embarrassed. I’ve been a regular for a long time, and this is the first time I’ve walked away really disappointed in Chipotle. I expect better service and food than this, especially as someone who chooses Chipotle almost every day. I’d appreciate a replacement meal or credit, but more importantly, I hope the staff at this location is reminded how much it matters to actually listen to customers. This happened at 8/28/2025

I placed a order a few days ago through the doordash app. I am not a doordasher simply a customer BTW. I do that so you could pick up the order through the window drive-thru.

Once I arrived to the drive to pick up my order, I told them my name, and the older lady there at the window was very rude. She asked if I was a door dasher, I said no, but I did order my food through the doordash app. She then found my order and asked me my name again, and I told her, she’s like are you sure that is your name, as in my name I gave her that’s on my order. I said yes, do you need me to show you my ID if you don’t believe me. She said no, I’m just trying to make sure your picking up the right order, I said I gave u my name twice and it seems like you think I am lying.

This place has horrible customer service and it seems like it just get worse and worse as time goes by.
