Ordered online on their app. They were out the only reason I ordered. Instead of calling or sending message they substituted. Than when I reached out for a refund they offered half my order. Had I known I would have cancelled. I will be disputing charge since they failed to uphold their end. Avoid at all cost.

As a child, I grew up loving KFC chicken now as an adult. I am disgusted with the Round Lake Beach KFC branch. It’s like they don’t know how to cook or they think double dipping chicken into oil is gonna make it warmer or hot so you think it’s freshly made, all it does is kill the taste and add a cup grease with each piece. Don’t eat at the Round Lake Beach KFC. This is my third time and I will not go back. I will not do it again. Every time one order is one’s good the next ones is bad. The bad days are really bad and Management does not care. Their food is no longer quality, think twice before you eat it. KFC is good, do not order it in Round Lake Beach, Bad management makes the city residents here look incompetent. They need to close, try Popeyes. I find it a tad to crispy but it tastes good. So to recap, Kentucky fried chicken in Round Lake Beach is garbage, order at your own risk. If you’re smart order it out of town because Management in Round Lake Beach sucks at Kentucky Fried chicken!!!!

I don’t understand what happened to this place or who is managing it but this place has had the worst service for over a year now. Every time I go back against my better judgment I totally end up regretting it. The wait time is beyond ridiculous, the staff is rude and if they moved any slower a 5-year-old could do a better job. Somebody needs to get in and take control . Even ordering ahead on the mobile app you sit there for 30 minutes at the very least to get served for an order you called in 30 minutes prior.

Saw a commercial for the Big Ol Bowl for Five Bucks last week, so thought we would go and try it. Wasn’t too bad, just not very big so ordered a two piece meal and I got two sliders meal. Over 26 bucks and didn’t really get much. Should have just made this at home. The two stars I gave was just because the lady that took our order seemed nice.

Well, I ordered online for a drive thru pickup, I got there and after I paid, they told me to pull up ahead for a couple of minutes for the food. I AM NOT EXAGERATING WHEN I SAY THAT I WAS WAITING FOR 20 MINUTES FOR THE FOOD WHILE OTHER PEOPLE GOT IN AND GOT THEIR FOOD AND THE DRIVE THRU WAS MOVING ALONG. I finally called the store, and they finally brought out the food and when I asked what the 20 minutes delay, I was told by the runner that no one told her to take out the order!!!!!
I complained and I got a call from a person that basically said thank you for the complaint and that was it!!!
This is not the first time this place screwed up and needless to say I AM DONE!!!

I place an order. Cashier does not hand me receipt. On top of that they didn’t mention that the Mack and cheese was not ready: I Pay for a large Mac and cheese and they give me this. I payed for two chicken sandwiches and total $26 something and I did not get my sandwiches they just filled my bag with cakes. I was not rude but they said 15 minutes for Mac and cheese and I waited 30 minutes and it’s not even that hot but no one came out so I went back to the window so they didn’t have to go out. I was not disrespectful but if it was not done it should of been mentioned at the start not after I payed. I didn’t find another choice but to wait I don’t like other sides

Well, this was money “well spent!” Ordered 4 piece Tenders, plus potato wedges. Chicken was dry and tough, did not receive dipping sauce, and was sent fries instead of wedges. Even the biscuit sucked…completely fell apart when I picked it up. So happy I at least had coleslaw that they couldn’t screw up! This was a delivery, otherwise this entire mess would’ve been returned. I normally don’t bother with reviews like this, but my frustration level has finally blown over the insane cost of everything and the total lack of quality.

Ordered online, went to the drive thru when the app said it was ready. Was told to come inside. After waiting 5+ minutes someone came to the counter and said it would be 4 minutes. After waiting and getting our food and going home, I see that the chicken tenders that they told us we had to wait for were actually just cut off of some larger piece of chicken?

Slow! Very very slow drive-thru! 30 minutes from time I pulled up to order at the box till I finally got my order. People were leaving the drive-thru line. Can’t blame them.
