Ordered here the past couple times pizza and boneless wings. The chicken always has just a sneeze of sauce basically plan and the pizza is never fully cut. They need to change their blades. Other than that I have no issues

I placed an order for a medium cheese pizza and 6 wings at 6:40p.m. for delivery. It was a little after 7p.m. according to the tracker that my pizza was ready. They decided to use DoorDash to deliver it instead of doing it themselves (I don’t know why when your a pizza delivery chain). It stated the Dasher should have had it delivered to me around 8:23p.m. I didn’t get my order until 9:33p.m. There’s ZERO reason for it to take almost 3 hours for me to get a basic order!!! I even looked to see how busy the store was at 8:00p.m. and it said it was less busy than usual! My pizza and wings were cold because of how long it took to deliver them. The wings are also overcooked and they didn’t add extra cheese like I ordered on top of all of this…

Nice people. Orders are accurate about 70% of the time. This place is predominantly operated by youth and/or first timers in the job market so its understandable.. Do yourself a favor and check your orders before you leave.

All the local PJ’s are going downhill and this location just got went my list off no longer gonna order from. The one by Fort Knox is another that does things the same way so they’ve been on my list a while.
The instructions when ordering are never followed (I opt for square cut and light sauce; the last three times no square cut and what seems to be extra sauce). The quality has been horrible with sections of sauce showing cause there wasn’t a decent amount of cheese put on (our whole pizza was like the picture below and I didnt get a pic before because we hadn’t eaten today and were hungry). And now you don’t get 1 free garlic sauce anymore and have to pay for it and a DOLLAR for extras each.
Waste of money. No wonder there’s so many new pizza places showing up is because the ones we’ve all relied on for years are so bad now.

I ordered the pizza for carryout. I did so to avoid gratuity and delivery fees. Sure enough I was presented with a tip screen. You could not toggle away to $0.00. It added $3.00 plus to the total.
They are a new store up to old tricks. They lost a customer, also new to Elizabethtown, over that stunt. I will not be back.

Pizza was fine, wasn’t hot when I got it but still waited about 30 minutes for it to be cooked. When the app said it was finally ready I pulled up to the drive thru, ding ding,, no one came, I backed up, ding ding, no one. I pulled forward and saw a women smoking a cigarette and asked if anyone is working the drive thru, she said (while smoking her cigarette) we are kinda busy in there. I said well Ive been waiting over 20 minutes. She made a nasty comment” you just pulled up you ain’t been waiting”. I said mam I’ve been sitting out front waiting. I heard someone complaining to her as I pulled away. Service sucked, time getting my food in the middle of the week was over 30 minutes and then be talked down to by someone being Lazy was the straw that broke the camels back. Ridiculous for people to act that way

Pizza on the left barely had any cheese on it. One on the right had so much sauce the toppings slid off after picking a slice up. This isn’t my issue with this location. The workers on the evening shift. Definitely need to take some customer service courses. When I called last time about my issue of no cheese and toppings swimming in sauce. The young guy that answered was rude and very short with his answers. Don’t know who’s in charge of that location but they definitely need a different career. If that’s how they run that place. Always get an attitude when asking for extra garlic butter or seasoning packets. Now the Papa John’s across town by the interstate. That’s the one to go to. They’re always friendly and the pizzas are great. Never an issue there. Wouldn’t be an issue but my daughter loves Papa John’s. When she was visiting last weekend. That’s what we decided to have for dinner. After little to no cheese and eat to much sauce. We couldn’t eat it. What was the point if it’s not made how we want it. So in the trash it went and we drove across town to the other location.

Absolutely horrendous service. Several cars just sitting in the drive thru line waiting, and no workers coming to the window. Got a text our pizza was ready 30 mins ago, but we can’t get it. Customers ringing the drive thru door bell, and still no workers show up for several minutes. We finally do get to the window, and the worker just vanishes. If our pizza was ready 30 minutes ago, why does he need 20 more minutes just to even come talk to us at the window? Pretty unbelievable.
