We were recommended to Ginza and it’s is good and fresh, we love it so much this is our 2nd time in less then a week! Picante roll is so good if you like spice! The monkey brain 10/10 We have never tried anything like it anywhere else. And the stuffed jalapeños deli deli! Abel the Chef has amazing customer service and makes every roll an experience! So flavorful! The food was so good I didn’t get a chance to take a picture! For sure my top places to come and have a nice clean sushi in such a comfortable atmosphere.

This place has been one of my must-visit spots every time I’m in the San Diego area, and it never disappoints! Every dish I’ve tried here has been consistently delicious, making each visit a memorable experience.

This time, we enjoyed the spicy pork and fish cake soup, and both were fantastic! The spicy pork had a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and salty flavors but was less sugary than what you’d typically find at other Korean restaurants—making it feel healthier while still being incredibly tasty. The fish cake soup was an absolute highlight! It instantly transported me back to the flavors of my childhood in Korea. I’ve tried making this kind of fish cake soup at home to recreate the nostalgic taste of the street food I grew up with, but I’ve never quite succeeded. This restaurant, however, nailed it! I was so happy to finally enjoy that authentic flavor again.

Beyond the amazing food, the service was warm and welcoming. We arrived just after opening on a Sunday, and despite there being only one server handling multiple tables, she was incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive.

If you’re craving authentic Korean flavors with a cozy and inviting atmosphere, this spot is a must-visit! Whether you’re reminiscing about home-cooked Korean meals or simply looking for a delicious and satisfying dining experience, you won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend it!

I was super excited to eat here but I quickly found out it would not be as good as I’d hoped. At first I walked in and was told to sit down, only for 10-15 minutes to go by and the server comes up and asked if we were ready. We didn’t even get the menu, it seemed like the server was very attentive to every other person but us. Eventually after getting the menus another 10 minutes went by and we finally got the chance to order. So overall the service was not great at all. With that being said I figured maybe it’s just one of those days. But when we got our food there was a hair in the sushi… so unappetizing that we couldn’t continue eating. I notice neither chef was wearing a hairnet, nor gloves and they were touching all different types of foods with their bare hands. Just overall a disgusting experience. I found got the server’s attention and told the issue and it was taken off the bill which is nice but I will definitely never be coming back here again.

I’ve gotten takeaway from here twice within the past week. I’ve mainly ordered regular basic rolls and they’ve been really good. The fish was fresh tasting. My only comments would be that at times the size of the rolls can be a bit inconsistent. My wife commented that the rice was a bit vinegary but I love that so it’s her loss.

The second time there was an error with the order but they handled it very well. The prices are great for happy hour as they are fifty percent off which is really great value for money. I always try and base a sushi place by their california roll and here for $4.50 the quality was very good. It looked like a decent place inside with lots of space and a cosy atmosphere.

I’m happy to have given this place a try as I’ll definitely be keeping it on the list of go to places when I’m hankering some decent sushi. RB sushi always used to hold that spot but their prices went up quite a bit recently.

Sushi was decent. Seemed like much smaller rolls than what I’m use to. Sweet Hawaiian was good. Cute atmosphere.
Hand rolls wer $4 so there was value there.
Rolla were cold. Service was fast and friendly.
2 beers, 3 hand rolls, 1 Cali roll and 2 special rolls …$68.

Good sushi, attentive service without being too attentive, and very reasonably priced. They could use better signage or brighter windows. Darkened curtains made it looked closed.
