Kind of in the back of this plaza, this incredible smoked meat food truck brings international cooking to a new level. The smoked meat flavor is great and the tostones are hot fried and are extremely tasty.
I got a smoked steak tostones plate, it’s like nachos but instead of chips they use tostones (plantains). Even the lettuce on this dish was fresh and didn’t taste like it was sitting in a fridge for days.
Hard to reheat, so make sure you go ready to down the whole plate.

The Cachapas were great, however, I was disappointed with the meat. We got a lot of small pieces with a lot of fat rather than meat. It was also cold, resembling it was sitting for a while. Other than that, everything else was great. I totally recommend this place.
