Lots of little kids running around this store and the surrounding area harassing adults. Cops should be called on all kids under 12 in the store just loitering. Me and a friend were harassed by some middle schoolers in this Starbucks, and nobody, no staff did anything or kicked them out. Won’t be back to this location!

Food is great but Warning!! There are 3 girls who look to be about 12, who were unsupervised. They harassed me (female, 18) and friend (female 18). We were trying to eat our food minding our own business, and they come up to us and harass us over their assumptions on our relationship status and sexuality, and then proceeded ask us if we are dating. They then began to talk trash about us, and mock us. Once we responded to them with swear words, they recorded us. The place was busy with a lot of people, and nobody did nothing or said anything. We were being loud too, to try and draw attention to someone to get them kicked out. These 3 girls go around the city un supervised and have harassed me and my friend multiple times. Just a warning to anyone that might need it! There should be a rule where anyone under 15 cannot be at this location without a parent/adult. Ruined it to where me and my friend aren’t comfortable returning to this location, or any places in grosse pointe farms because of these girls

Came in —placed my order — after 10 minutes asked if my order would be placed on the board- they said YES – it would be coming soon- —another 10 minutes went by – then Manager came “Rosie”- I told her my name— she was definitely weak on problem solving- along with condescending- she attempted to blame me— asking me if I was sure about my name— ( seriously) —they found my order- 30 minutes later – and handed it to me— and said “ sorry” — are you kidding me! — basically no regards whatsoever about what just happened— just another day at Starbucks— too much business to be concerned about a customer— —-

This Starbucks is great! They can be busy, but they are very kind and you just have to be patient some days. If you want your coffee in two minutes, go to McDonald’s. The new manager is really friendly and goes out of his way to get to know his customers. They also make your drink super well every time and are very consistent. Great job Starbucks!
