I live for culvers. I love it so much. The staff is nice and the food is beyond amazing. Its beautiful, truly. The chicken tenders are extraordinarily delightful. Stopped by Culver’s in Greensburg and had a great experience! The service was quick, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Our food came out hot and fresh—just the way it should be. The Crinkle Cut Fries were spot-on: crispy, golden, and absolutely delicious. And the Root Beer? Classic, smooth, and refreshing. A solid stop for comfort food done right!

Culver’s is my favorite burger place, but there isn’t one close to where I live, so when I’m traveling I look for them. This one certainly didn’t disappoint. Food was fantastic as Culver’s always seems to be, but the thing that impressed me was the drive thru. They actually have a real person in a little booth to take your order, instead of talking to a speaker. I love the personal touch !!

Whether I get drive-up carry out or eat inside, this Culver’s never disappoints. The menu is broad enough that something always appeals to me. Service is always fast, even when there is a line, and order staff is always calm and pleasant. The food hoppers who have to go out in miserable weather to bring the food to my car always have a smile and pleasant greeting. The food is consistently hot, well-assembled and packaged or plated. One gets the feeling people like their jobs at this location. Greensburg really needed a restaurant like this!

I’ve ate Culver’s several different places and several different times. I’ve even ate at this one a few. Never have I been disappointed with the food quality until today. We got the Walleye Sandwich with onion rings and a deluxe double with onion rings. The buns for both appeared to be old because they both fell apart. The top bun for the burger flaked off all over the table and looked to be a cheaper quality than usual. I would have never guessed it was a Culver’s burger if I didn’t know any better. And the bun for the fish fell completely apart halfway through and wasn’t even edible. The onion rings with both sandwiches were way over cooked to the point there was hardly any coating on them. Not sure what’s happened in the past few months but new managers evidently are needed.

ALWAYS CHECK INSIDE YOUR SANDWICH/BURGER BEFORE TAKING A BITE. Went to the drive through, ordered a chicken sandwich. I probably waited fewer than two minutes when they brought my order out, which you would think I would be happy they made my order quickly, but it was suspicious since they are never that quick. I parked to eat my food before continuing my errands for the day. I opened the box and the sandwich and it looked old and like someone smashed their fist on it. I then opened the sandwich only to find a foreign, hard object in it. Unacceptable and there is no excuse. What if I choked on it? What if a child ate it and choked on it? They did give me refund but they didnt even seem concerned. This place is going downhill. Culvers, please work on your quality control. Won’t be back.
