The manager was super nice and so was the person preparing our bag. I just wish that the food was more flavorful and the chow mein wasn’t so dry. The portion size is smaller than Dragon Garden for the same price. I do enjoy it still.

I live near this location. At 830 pm. As a former drive thru employee for 10 years at toms family restaurant it’s drives me crazy that there will be 1 car in the drive thru and every single time I pull up they ask me to give them a second??? The point of the drive thru is to move it along. The only time you should be asking the car to wait is if you’re extremely backed up and there’s huge line!! It makes zero sense to ask the second car to wait !?!? With no one else there!! Especially a big corporate business like panda with plenty of employees working the shifts.
Tonight I went there to pick up an order from the app that I made. Again like every single time I go they asked me to wait with only one car ahead. No one behind me! Then my food was sitting on the counter ready and they left me at the window. No one around at all. Then I see them cleaning, ignoring the window. Another huge NO! Who does that? I get it you want to go home but clean the kitchen when you have no cars ? It’s not busy at all! Do better! How hard is it to actually do your job and serve the cars?
I’m sure you like getting paid.

The food is fresh, flavorful, and consistently well prepared. The staff is friendly and works hard to keep the line moving while still being helpful. Portions are generous, and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a quick and satisfying meal.

After leaving a review, most places usually offer an apology at the minimum if it’s a bad one, maybe even compensate the order,…or a ‘thank you’ if it’s a good one. But apparently Panda Express over on 20th West & ave I just don’t give a flick about their customers. Not only have they not offered an apology at the bare minimum, but they still continue to serve food that has been sitting out all day long under heat lamps. Again, I was served limp broccoli with 2 of the tiniest pieces of beef with it, but the orange chicken was hard & unedible in half the pieces they served me & the chow mein tasted like straight peanut butter from last year. The drink they gave me, it’s lid wasn’t even fully attached & spilled when handed to me. I tried to ask for a new one but just had the window shut on me & was ignored on purpose. I can’t make this up ppl. This establishment is not worth the $$ out of anyone’s pocket. They are rude & food is old. Not going back any time soon. Bye Panda.

I am absolutely disgusted! A team member named Madison is the one who served us. My wife and I came in the restaurant to eat dinner, which the entire place was empty, we were the only ones inside, besides the employees. We ordered our food and we were about to check out when a new team member came from the back and asked Madison a question on how to clean the bathroom. She then told us to hold on a minute left the register and went in the bathroom with some cleaner and was showing the new employee how to clean something. She then came back to the register with the same gloves on and was about to finish ringing us up when another employee who was leaving comes from the back and she rudely tells us “I’m going to ring her up first.” Madison rings up her co worker as my wife and I step aside, still waiting to pay and we are the only guests in the store!!! After that she rings us up we sit down and eat, I glance over at the kitchen, she has the same gloves on from the bathroom and she is serving food for the drive thru and cleaning around the food trays. I will never be back at this location and I hope corporate reads this and something is done at this location, because it’s always something here. Look at all the bad reviews. 0 or negative stars if I could

This place Went downhill within an year. Used to be a pleasant place with caring staff; not anymore. Went there a few weeks back; encountered a young lad with nose clips who constantly ignored me with absolutely no eye contact. There was a girl also who also ignored me pretending to serve the drive ins. A phone call came to me during this time & it was a brief one. Several minutes past; no one was paying attention to me. So I asked Mr. Nose-clip “do you want sell anything here?” Nose-clip replied in loud insulting voice ” you were on the phone sir” using that an excuse for his inattention. Then I showed him the items I wanted to purchase & he fulfilled my order with anger in his face. The box was then passed on to the payment counted where a girl stood who looked pathetic and bewildered. I told them I will not come back again meaning till changes to my satisfaction occurred.

This is the first time I ever went to the panda in Quartz Hill. It was very nice clean I went through the drive-thru and they were very efficient and help me install the Panda Express app on my phone and immediately applied the discount to my food order. Highly recommend!!
