This place is so unpredictable. I called 3x earlier this evening and no one ever picked up the phone, but that’s not out of character for this store. Sometimes someone picks up the phone, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes I get someone cheery, and other times I get someone sour. Today was my anniversary and we really wanted some pizza, but ordered elsewhere when no one felt like taking our order. Domino’s is good and cheap, but from now on I’m going to pay extra somewhere else for more consistent, professional customer service.

The workers are nice but I asked for extra sauce and I was given a one whole drop on the whole pizza. Looked as dry as a bone and is! I thought it was a fluke the first time it happened so when I order again I triple checked it was extra sauce option. Is corporate telling them to skimp on ingredients? Wouldn’t be surprised. But the sauce might as well been none, don’t give me an option for extra if you don’t want me to have it. Lol

Most fast food places have a system of buttons throughout the kitchen they can press as they progress through in order to track their times and show their efficiency. Works great if used properly. However, if used improperly, it reflects false positive results to their higher ups.

They click through their progress buttons to keep their times down in the system, so in the app, it reflects as your order is getting done quickly. I pulled up 2 minutes after it said it was ready and he said, “they are pulling it out of the oven now” 10 minutes later the manager asked if I had been helped, I told him my name and he said there was a “miscommunication and they had to remake it so it would be 7 minutes”

10 minutes later, still no order..

Maybe if your people did their jobs correctly and didn’t press through the menu buttons, everyone would be on the same page with the order progress.

I will say, it looked very busy at the time I arrived. That is why it is crucial to use the tools provided properly as tedious as it may seem.

The only redeeming quality is that the woman in the grey shirt was very kind. However, this does not make up for the overall experience.

From the time I placed the order to when it was in my hand, I waited a total of 42 minutes. I didn’t get home for another 15 minutes to actually eat with my family. Approximately 32 minutes after it said it was “ready” to be picked up.

You honestly can’t beat the online deals of this establishment. The pizza is absolutely scrumptious as well. I only give a 4 b/c I ordered square cut, but was given pie cut. =/ Still yummy though.

As a customer and fellow business owner in the local community, I completely understand how hard a business works to attain it’s reputation however after sending my employees here as well as going to pick up orders, myself, I would say that the nice façade of the building does not match the service that you will receive upon entering.
Rarely will you actually receive your orders on time nor when the Domino’s app tracker shows that your order is ready. Whether you are a business, family, or individual, we expect our orders to be ready when the business says they are ready. This is simple customer service, and the fact that your employees cavalierly brush it off and continue about their day is ridiculous. Not to mention, the food often burned when inspecting the pizza in the box. I’m often told by different employees that “it’s our oven.“
As a franchise, the expectation is not to come up with excuses, but rather to improve the quality of your business so that we as a community can support you however, if you don’t care, the community support can and will go elsewhere as we have seen within our area. This is just food for thought, but take it as you will.

Me and my wife ordered a pizza from this place when our order arrived it was Somebody else else’s pizza and breadsticks we had a much bigger order than that. I generously tipped the delivery driver she said she would be back with our food long story short our food never showed up when I called the store. The lady was very rude and said that the delivery drivers car broke down. I get it things happen but I find it hard to believe that a 2024 Toyota four Runner broke down I don’t appreciate being lied to I would avoid the store at all cost if they lie, how could you trust their food?

If they answer the phone, Which they almost never do,And they don’t tell you it will be an hour and a half for pickup,And 3 hours for delivery, And they make your pizza the way you ordered it,Then HELL froze over,Because none of those things will ever happen, Don’t waste your time or money on this place their’s plenty of WAY BETTER PIZZA ESTABLISHMENT ‘S IN THE AREA!!!!

Usually when I order over the phone, they pick up pretty fast and are very nice on the phone. The last few times -over the span of about 2-3 weeks- I’ve gone to place an order over the phone, no answer. My boyfriend will call a few times off my phone then a few off his and nothing. Idk if they just let it sit and ring but it’s disappointing you can’t even do your job, you pick up the phone, take the order. It’s not that hard.
