I don’t really get the bad reviews of this place. It is an airport sandwich place so I’m not exactly sure what kind of expectations people have. However, my experience was quite lovely. I wanted to add red onions to a flatbread, no problem. And no charge. The sandwich maker then asked if I would like that on a sub roll instead? Yes, I would. It was delivered piping hot and delicious. Was the cashier knew and didn’t know what she was doing, also yes. There was nothing major. They were working within the parameters of what their management has given them, and they were kind and engaging throughout the process. If you feel like you should have a higher level of service, the Delta sky lounge is right down the concourse

PBI has very limited options, and normally when I pass thru this place is closed. It happened to be open today and I wish it had been closed.
Stood in line for a greek salad, and upon ordering I was told no and the employee walked away. Another employee told me they ran out. The initial employee could have explained this and had some customer service.
If you’re going to be miserable in a customer service job, then just quit. There are plenty of people that are looking for work.
After reading other reviews of this place, this sounds like a pretty normal occurrence here.

I get it’s airport food which is never great, but when I get a premade salad for $18, I expect the cucumbers to at least not be slimy/going bad, and the lettuce to not be a ball of green goop and wilted at the bottom where I can’t see it in the container before I purchase. It was gross, and I’m not picky. I will eat whatever at the airport. But this is like…a food safety issue. Please check and throw out the bad food before the customer finds it. Thanks.

* Rude employees with bad attitude, who would rather point their fingers in a vague direction, instead of speaking, to answer customers questions. Initially, I thought she might be mute, unable to speak, but as I walked away, she started to speak really loud with another employee!

I travel 3xs a month for work and never had an issue getting a favorite sandwich but Marie closed the eatery at 7pm and it’s supposed to close at 8..Was standing there for service and she turned the lights off and said get a pre-made sandwich that I didn’t want!!! Very disappointed in her lack of customer service. Hire someone that can service a customer until 8pm closing time!

Food was sufficient but sandwich was not toasted but simply warmed slightly. Staff did bare minimum required. More oversight needed to provide a better overall experience. Also what was considered “sour dough” was simply white bread…

The lady that is working at the register today is very rude and unprofessional. The sandwich wasn’t even good a little bit. I definitely would not recommend this restaurant… Keep walking right on past, and try a more friendly place. I spent 18 dollars on a club sandwich that I couldn’t even add onions on, and A drink.

Ordered a standard breakfast flatbread. Was told it would take 15 minutes, after 35 minutes I asked but it was still in the oven, burned. There were comments among the staff about someone ordering a “flatbread in the morning”, so I assume it’s my fault for ordering a breakfast option in the morning. If you’re traveling, beware. The servers will simply stand back and chat away, you may not get your order.

Ordered a veggie sandwich and a cubano. Found out, I’ve we boarded, that a chicken sandwich had been accidentally put in the bag instead of the veggie sandwich. Super disappointing to get the order wrong.
Side note, the cubano was pretty good but due to dietary restrictions the second sandwich couldn’t be eaten.
