We were so happy with the wedding cake we got from Cupcakes and Kisses! They were super easy to work with, very responsive and accommodating. The tasting is super easy, you can go to any of their locations and pick out sample cupcakes to try. We sent an inspiration picture for how we wanted it decorated and it was spot on! We wanted something simple and classic and they delivered. The cake itself was delicious and we received many compliments. I highly recommend them.

Coming from the GR area, I can appreciate presentation, visual variety, intense flavor, and value of creativity in a cupcake specialty store. I’ve been into Cupcake and Kisses multiple times and they miss the mark. They are quite expensive for the size, lack unique presentation, and don’t have that ‘Wow Factor’ that I would expect. The gal was pulling cupcakes out of the case as I was requesting them, explaining they aren’t for sale, which was confusing, and left only a few options. Price is $3.67 for one with cash discount. For a small town, this place may be okay, but it isn’t my go-to.

My 13-year-old daughter says they’re better than crumbl cookie. That’s saying a lot! I don’t like sweets but I can’t stop going back to the cinnamon bun thing I bought for my husband. They gave me a free sample of a sugar cookie that was probably the best I’ve ever had in my life.

We went during cheese cake week and they had a gorgeous display. The bread was soft as a cake cloud and the cupcakes were wonderful. They also had Russian tea cakes, real real actual honest Russian tea cakes like you get in the Russian Tea Room in DC or Chicago. They were perfect and tasted better than I remembered.

I am currently pregnant and went in today with an envelope of my baby’s gender and asked if they could decorate some cookies for me and my husband to open as a surprise reveal for us. I expected it to take a few days but they must have sensed my excitement because they called back an hour later to let me know they were ready! They even put them in a special container so the surprise wouldn’t be ruined for us until we were ready to open them! We were so excited to get home and see what we were having! They decorated the cookies beautifully and I’m so grateful they went above and beyond to get them done so quickly for us. They even added little pink heart chocolates to top it off! Thank you so much for creating this beautiful surprise for us!!

This bakery was once good, but the last few experiences have been anything but. The nobakes were my favorite before, but I bought 2 boxes and both were completely gritty sugar. And not to mention the cupcake was half filled in the wrapper and dried out. I gave them another chance, but won’t do it anymore.

Cupcake and Kisses NEEDS to be who you choose for your wedding cake or cupcakes!
When we went in for cupcake sampling, we were told that no reservation was needed and to just come on in (which was really nice because we were living in Seattle at the time but our wedding was in Michigan where our family lives), so it was nice to be able to not feel stressed with a reservation. That… and we had our little pup with us too! The samples – full on cupcakes and up to 8 flavors to really see what we wanted. On top of that, we could speak with the Manager who bakes the cupcakes to see if we could do a specialty flavor for our wedding. We absolutely adore you all.
The process of booking for our wedding was so easy, and you all were right about having 4 different kinds and having additional cupcakes. On top of that, when they found out that we did not have a wedding cake, they assisted us in providing a last minute wedding cake that would be just for us for a cake cutting! So last minute, BUT IT WAS THE BEST CAKE THAT WE HAVE EVER HAD! I mean.. look at the pictures! I was stressed and down to the wire in the last month of the wedding as I am finalizing the order, and all I could fathom to say was listing some decor items for our wedding and kind of the theme, and the cake was perfect.
We are eternally grateful to you all!

Our cupcakes and cake were phenomenal! We are long time patrons of Cupcakes and Kisses and it was very cool to have them do our wedding desserts. It was awesome to be able to offer vegan cupcakes to guests as well as there are a few of us who are lactose intolerant!

This bakery is appealing from the moment you pull up in front of the building.
Once you’re inside, your sweet tooth is assaulted and teased with an array of yummy treats pleasing not only to the eye, but to your sweets craving tastebuds!!!
Seriously though, I Love how cute it’s decorated. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. The woman ahead of me ordered a lovely sounding 3 layer unicorn cake with a twisted color mane for $40! The staff offered her so many choices and options!!!
While I was there, a woman came in to get more of the daily lunch special because her mother raved about it to her for 15 minutes. (Backstory I witnessed was that elderly mom has her lunch delivered most days from cupcakes and kisses.) The owner overheard the request, stopped decorating her cupcake, verified who the mom was, went into the kitchen to bring out a generous portion of bbq and buns and GAVE it to her! And thanked her mother for having given them the business for the last year!! Amazing!!!

I bought cupcakes for my old coworkers, but I bought cinnamon rolls with buttercream frosting for myself. Hubbs, who is very critical of cinnamon rolls, was impressed how even the outside of the cinnamon roll was soft-not hard like other bakery’s. We both enjoyed our rolls, and I’m restraining myself from going back for another!!!

Stopped in the night before work to buy cinnamon rolls for my employees. When I told the gal working that I was buying for all my employees she offered up a whole box of goodies for free since they were the day olds they had and were going to be donated.
I genuinely love this place. The day after my grandmother passed away, I came in teary eyed, in search of a singular sweet, and left with a six pack of cupcakes for the price of one.
Every time I go in, staff is friendly, and generous. I love the point system you have! At this point, I am a regular! Love that we are right down the road from the best bakery in town.
