I passed by for dinner time and was happy to not see it long line at the drive-thru, from the time I got to the speaker box to order until I got my food at the pickup window I did less than 4 minutes. Was happy to find my jalapenos and onions were Crisp and fresh.

Very poor service!! The cashier with dreadlocks was very rude. No greeting whatsoever. When he was ready to take my order he said “whats up? Very unprofessional. He got one of my orders wrong and when I told him about it, he stood there staring straight ahead like he was frustrated so I took the cone as is, when I ordered it dipped. I come to this location a lot and dread it when I see him there. This time i went into the diner with my elderly mom and my sister who witness his character and vibe, as being very unhappy and having to be there.. I will be reaching out to the manager.

Robin, Josephine if that’s their real names would not give me a ranch with my jalapeño poppers after they messed up my order and if you have melanin on your skin be ready to be treated differently than if you don’t. Me and my wife were profiled heavily. Extremely poor customer service. Oh and the cook is cross contaminating orders putting her hands on the phone and then food with no gloves. If I could give negative stars I would… Service was trash, they didn’t even say a word the whole time… Ordered 50 dollars worth of food, have 2 mustard, 2 ketchups, 2 napkins… We were the only ones in there the whole 45 minutes we were there and now I know why… This location is trash.

I’ve been coming to this location for years now. The quality and freshness seems to be getting better. I’m assuming they just hired the young man named Diego, he is a very helpful and knowledgeable worker. I had trouble with the card reader and he was able to fix it right then and there. I hope to see him build his way up in his career at Wienerschnitzel.

Do not go to this location on mission grove, they are charging way more than other locations for the same meal. I got charged $24 for a medium double chili dog combo with all beef, and a corn dog. Keep in mind the combo on the menu says it’s around $11. That means the upgrade to all beef and a corn dog was apparently more expensive than the combo itself. I put the same order in at the location on central, and it was around $16. This has happened twice and the first time I wasn’t given a receipt. Avoid this location!
