The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who seem to anticipate my every need. But it’s the food that’s the real star of the show. Every dish I’ve tried has been expertly prepared with a beautiful presentation, filled with flavor and love.
Their menu always features innovative and exciting new options that keep me coming back for more.
But what really sets Nadia’s Jamaican Kitchen apart is the love and care that’s clearly been poured into every aspect of the restaurant. From the subtle-chic decor to the carefully curated drink list, every detail feels thoughtful and intentional.
In short, I’m utterly obsessed with Nadia’s Jamaican Kitchen. The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who seem to anticipate my every need. But it’s the food that’s the real star of the show. If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and come in ASAP – I promise you won’t regret it!
The brown stew chicken is incredible. A mix of so many flavors and the meat just melts off the bone. Jerk chicken is great with a nice heat throughout. We were able to get the mix veggies and coleslaw, you can’t go wrong with either. And make sure you get at least 2 orders of plantains because they are amazing.
And get extra if the side sauce. It’s sweet and tangy! I’ve never tasted anything like it and I poured it over everything.
Support local. And support these wonderful people and their incredible food.
Rice and peas with mixed veggies entree-
I always taste the rice alone first to judge the overall cooking skills. The rice made with coconut milk, definitely passed the test! It was so much food that I had enough for 2 or 3 days. And let me tell you, it tasted even better as leftovers, after the sauces and seasonings settled and soaked in. Yum!
I added some jerk sauce and their Indian hot pepper sauce (Good, but whew!! Not for the weak!! lol)
On Tuesdays they have specials. We tried the chips and guacamole. I wasn’t expecting the chips to be homemade. They were positively delicious!
Festival was good too, and the owners says they’re vegan-friendly.
Rasta pasta is also vegan, but it’s only available on Friday and Saturday. I definitely want to try that the next time I’m in town.
