My order was wrong and not only can I not get anyone to answer I can’t get refunded or the correct pizza and the customer service department also didn’t fix the issue. After tip I’m out $30 and have a pizza covered in toppings I don’t eat.

I had a terrible experience at this Pizza Hut location. I received a confirmation that my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes, but when I arrived on time, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order to be ready.
What made it even worse was that they were prioritizing orders from DoorDash and Pizza Hut delivery over mine, despite me being there in person. The staff was unresponsive and did not provide any updates or options for cancellation. Overall, it was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this location.
And to make matters even worse they used white sauce when I ordered classic marinara sauce.

If I could leave no stars i would….So.i ordered this pizza on July the 17th 2021…. I ordered it with Buffalo sauce… I called the pizza hut and asked if they only.put Buffalo sauce on the side she said no they put it on the pizza then she asked the cooks did they put it on my pizza they said yes so she says mamm they put it on your pizza umm no mamm I’m looking at my pizza right now… she then says well.you can bring it back mamm I work at the hospital I can’t just leave….she had a nasty attitude and all I didn’t catch her name though!!!! I spent $20 on this pizza plus delivery this is ridiculous!!!!!!

Placed an order at the Irmo location with 30 min delivery. After 50 min called to see where pizza was. Told they had not received an order. They had confirmed the order on summary screen. Told that I was just SOL and I could call every PH to see if they had received my order. This was not the only recent order where a similar problem was encountered.

15-minute carry out is on so far for a 30-minute carryout. Ladies are great. Their worried about watching the football game on their phone while making pizzas. Saw the phone from the gentleman with a red shirt at the make line. With a lobby full. Not happy. Didn’t clear my order.so.i sat extra time, and pizza was done. 4 breadsticks, 2 thin pizzas, and they were cold. Would like a refund. Pizza was off taste, and sweet. No flavor. Won’t be back
