Don’t let the outside fool you. This restaurant has the best food and outstanding service. The hamburgers are fresh and delicious. The house
salads are organic, fresh, and a good-sized serving. The service is outstanding, and they make you feel like family and friends. I can’t say enough good and positive things about my families dining experience. It was our best meal while visiting Graham.

We have been to On the Fly Cafe several times to eat and the food has always been good. We decided to try their half-price Hamburgers on Wednesday. The burgers were great just like everything else has been. The wait staff is very nice and seems to really care about the customers. They seem to know most people by name. This is not your typical restaurant but a small hidden gem located at Lake Graham. If you’re looking for a good burger or just some good home cooking, give this place a try. I know the locals love it.

Our first day of our tournament on PK was canceled so we ventured up this direction to fish those lakes. We stopped at this cafe and immediately knew it would be good. From the personal service to the food and complimentary cowboy beans, we absolutely loved it. I highly recommend eating here!

Ate dinner Wednesday night around 5:45 pm, Jan 31st, 2024 and found a seat very easily. This is a small place and the frontage is easy to miss so slow down. The waitress is part of the fam that owns this place and she was a super lively, chattery, and winsome. Made the visit feel homey. The portions were huge. I ate half and had the rest the next night. And you must get their chocolate cake. It’ll make you a diabetic, but a happy one! Made it out for around $30 by myself. Nice place and I’d eat there again

DON’T MISS OUT ON THIS GEM!!! Don’t be deterred by the “and Bait House.” My husband and I ate here on a whim and were amazed! I had a delicious cheeseburger- and I am VERY particular about cheeseburgers. My husband had catfish smothered in a shrimp gravy he said was delicious! Even the poblano corn was amazing- so much flavor. When corn wows, you know you’ve found an amazing culinary experience!!! It may be a small place, but this is the quintessential “best things come in small packages!” Enjoy!!!

One of those local hole-in-the-wall jems you have to take in when in Graham.
The wife pulled up to this shack looking place and I thought we had stopped somewhere to get electrical tape (we were in Graham for a horse show and needed tape).
I said “what are we getting here, more tape?” “No” she responded, “I had brunch here last time and it was wonderful, we’re here for dinner”.
I was like “here???”.
Yup. And it was awesome. I had the special, which was Prime Rib, and it was delicious. My girls had burgers and they were huge, didn’t try them, but the girls cleaned their plates which rarely happens.
I wish I could report that dessert was awesome, but I didn’t have room for dessert, but I bet it is as good as my meal was.
Service was attentive and friendly. Four of us ate like royalty for $80, awesome value, awesome experience.
If you’re in Graham and you’re looking for a small-town dining experience, drive straight here and order a burger or prime rib, you’ll be glad you did.

Enjoyable afternoon lunch. A very nice young lady answered the phone and confirmed a few things before I arrived. Once there, I was seated promptly and told the specials. I had the small fried fish and shrimp. I was in the mood for fried catfish, but the shrimp wound up stealing the show! Large and juicy, they also had a bit more spice to them than the fish. The batter did not adhere super well once you bit into them but no biggie. The hush puppies were just a bit dense but had great flavor. The tasty homemade french fries were perfect. Definitely a gem and I’ll be back!

Do not expect more than Rural Texas country setting. Food and service are fantastic. Everything on the menu is wonderfully good. I am a big fan of their salads with very fresh, properly prepared greens and garnishes. And, I did not know, but beans really benefit your health and their cowboy bean pot is always available with some of Texas’ best.
