You need to train your workers better. You have one girl in the front who can only do one thing at a time rather then multitasking. Then you have one barista working on drinks while the manger sits there and complains about doing her job rather then helping customers. I just find it crazy bc from I’ve always heard Starbucks works are supposed to be on it always and the workers at this store are always lacking or putting the work onto one person, so then the customers get annoyed bc they’ve been waiting for their drinks for 20min.

There’s one specific employee that works here, always wears a sparkly mask, and they are absolutely wonderful. I know my drink will always be made perfect whenever they are working. I sincerely appreciate your consistency and kindness. I used to come by every morning on my way into work but my drink began being made different and wasn’t consitent. Either the cinnamon cold foam wasn’t added at all or it was made wrong, and way too sweet/different taste. I could have gone back in and said something multiple times but I was always in a rush to get to work so I never did.
My drink of choice: iced oatmilk latte with extra cinnamon powder & cinnamon cold foam.

I reloaded my card and I had 2 gift cards and I was checking my balance on them. I ask the Man that was taking my order to please reload the gift card to my register Starbucks card. He told me that I had to do it on the app. Told him I normally reload them at a Starbucks. He just gave me this look like I was freaking irritating him. Another nice lady there. She asked what was going on and I explained to her. I want to reload my car with this gift card and he’s telling me to do it through the app. She says I can do that for you. I can’t remember what his name was. I’m really bad with names he had a Badge. He was tall and he was White.. He gave me an attitude his look and I told the lady I don’t know why he’s giving me an attitude and he kept his mouth shut. He avoided me the whole time I was there. I was waiting for my drinks. This is not customer service. The last time I came to this Starbucks they messed up my drink. I asked no whipped cream and they put whipped cream. When I told them I want no whipped cream this overset lady I believe she was the manager she told me. Can I just scrape off the whipped cream from your drink and I told her no and she also gave me an attitude because she had to redo the drink. I come to this Starbucks because it’s close to my office . I don’t appreciate it when they give you attitudes when I am the customer. I have been a customer with a register card since 2014.

The gals in there are so sweet and the guys too!! I just wish they were more consistent I only usually get the mango dragonfruit lemonade and most of last week it got lighter and lighter I finally had to say something it was so light it looked diluted. but she did fix it when asked.

Always a morning go-to when I’m in town. The acre dream is incredible and the service is always awesome. Some days there is a pretty big line and no sense of urgency behind the counter. I don’t mind the wait, just something to consider. Their corn cookies are so good we usually bring a bag home.

Claimed I left a $5.00 tip on my debit card which was not the case as I used my phone to pay and did not touch any buttons on the machine. When questioned ‘Devon’ developed an attitude tossing my sandwich on the counter and asking me how much back I wanted. My order was $10.00 so I said I want the $5.00 I was overcharged, he replied ‘allegedly’. Very rude customer service in this store and watch what they’re charging.

The team here is great. They’re friendly and swift. It’s Starbucks and the coffee here is the same as it is at every Starbucks. They get your coffee in an efficient manor in a pleasant atmosphere… even in the face of the sometimes not so pleasant “haven’t had my coffee yet” person.
