I ask for a 10pieces but I only receive 9wings who ever is cooking is going to fast and need to slow down last time I order fish to and ask to be fried hard and the fish was still soft and falling apart when picked up in hand so get better

Was absolutely amazing the 1st time I went but the end time, they gave me old food that has been sitting there a while and was nowhere near as good as the 1st time I went. They even forgthe nacho cheese I added to my taco salad and had to go back inside. The meat had a dark brown skim on top and tasted stale. Service was great though. He listened even though he was busy with such a high demand drive thru. He got my nacho cheese that was missing but didnt bother about the meat sice he had a full loby and drive thru. Price was a bit high, almost $17 for a taco salad that was mainly lettuce. They need a name system with as busy as they stay but my 1st visit everything was so fresh and tasted so great. I think if they had a bigger space ( especially for parking) they’d do so much better

Ordered Cajun ranch fries and only got Cajun fries. Was charged 1$ for cheese on grilled chicken salad. They use iceberg lettuce, chicken has no flavor even the ranch. It’s very lite. I had more chicken than I had lettuce. I did mix the food before I took a photo so my apologies however I wouldn’t recommend a picture of this food to anyone! 6pc hot with lp sprinkle was not worth the price. The only thing that had a taste were the lance captain wafers and the soda .. also customer service was below the American standard. I’m sure he over charge many customers due to lack of understanding!

So sick of paying for stuff and not getting it then when you call it’s no answer ….the girl was so busy on her cellphone she didn’t put my paid stuff in my bag even after looking me dead in the face saying “I got cha ” the service people now are getting younger and more incompetent .My order was suppose to be 1 2 PC catfish fried soft and 1 2pc catfish fried crispy with ranch cheese fries and 3 whole wings ..luckily she didn’t charge for the ranch cheese then I asked for extra tarter they only give 1 per order and she charged 4 but I only got the 2 one that came with each meal I mean I waited in line was the only car at that time so I don’t see how she would have messed it up but they continously and so casually do i guess a habit i do reviews but sometimes I want to say how satisfied I was with the service and food but here lately it’s just been meh .I have the receipt on hand

I’ve never had any issues food is always fresh and hot, might be a short wait but you can tell they are working and they have a expanding menu so its understandable. They didnt have many photos online about the menu so I hope these photos help with that also found out the are available for doordash. Its delicious and affordable. Update. ITS BETTER THAN EVER! I FORGOT TO PHOTOGRAPH BECAUSE WE STARTED EATING AND EVERYTHING WAS FRESH MADE TO ORDER NO LINE SHORT WAIT. STILL HIGHLY RECOMMENDING AND THE NEW CASHIER IS PLEASANT, LOVE HER!

We used to go here as group from lunch a lot too about 6 years ago. My coworker was dating the employee who got suspicious of the other coworker and asked she come get her own tray after he had paid for the meal. I was laughing so hard she said didn’t mind. Oh yes she did too making me get indigestion stuffing food and looking at the television.

The fry change was needed!! These fries are amazing never go back!!! I get the 6 piece mild with lemon pepper sprinkles, Cajun ranch fries and a Kiki Pooh or a blue raspberry lemonade 10/10 my big back self eat here at least twice a week if not more
