We’ve been talking about trying this place for over a year and finally went today for lunch. It’s really good and a great value for the $$. I had Lomo Saltado and it was really good. It’s a little weird to get fries and rice, but i like them both, so….. there are dipping sauces made in house. One was a cucumber kind of thing and the other was the color of yum yum sauce but much more flavorful, with just a bit of heat. My wife had the house fried rice, and it was a huge serving. The lady running the place, she may be an owner,? Was super nice. We will definitely be back

My wife and friends had plans to go to the Top Gun indoor gun range and wanted to get something to eat afterwards. Everything was planned weeks in advance. After reading the reviews, we decided this would be a great place to dine. Today was the day for our engagement. When we walked through the door, we were greeted like we were family. The lady of the restaurant seated us and began to explain every dish that was pictured on the wall. Everything dish sounded yummy. I ordered the seafood and rice and my wife ordered the chicken and vegetables lo mein. The food is excellent with generous portions. I had to request a to go plate. Our friends enjoyed their meal as well. We even ordered food to take home to our family. We are definitely coming back. Thank you, Chauf Line.

Absolutely incredible experience. From the moment the food hit the table, you could taste the care and tradition behind every dish. The flavors were bold, vibrant, and perfectly balanced—smoky, savory, and comforting all at once. Everything felt fresh and intentional, not rushed or generic.
The seasoning was spot-on, the sauces added so much depth, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming. It’s the kind of meal that makes you slow down and actually enjoy every bite.
This place captures the heart of Peruvian cuisine—rich, soulful, and full of character. Easily one of the most satisfying meals I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be back.

We had such a wonderful experience at this Peruvian restaurant! We were celebrating my brother’s graduation from the Army and the staff made it even more memorable. Even though my brother’s favorite dish wasn’t listed on the menu, Mari went out of her way to prepare it just for him. Her warmth and generosity truly touched us, and the food was absolutely delicious. You could feel the love and care in every bite. It’s not every day you find a place that treats you like family. We’re so grateful for how special they made our celebration. Highly recommend this amazing place, especially if you want to try real Peruvian food!

This place is awesome and was well worth a 50 minute drive to check it out. Highly recommend. Definitely try the lomo saltado if you’ve never had it or Peruvian food. One of my all time favorite dishes. The Jalea was really good after adding the sides and some lime juice on top (at home). It was a massive amount of seafood. The pescado a La macho was the bomb. I’d definitely get that again. The waitress was very nice and helpful as well. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at this place. The food was excellent. It tasted just like the homemade meals my grandma used to make back in Peru. The owner, Mari, made us feel completely at home and added a personal touch to our experience. I definitely recommend this spot to anyone who loves Peruvian food or wants to try something different and special.

The ladies and I had an amazing dinner at Chaufa Line, if you haven’t been there I HIGHLY recommend trying it out, they definitely deserve your business! I had the Lomo Saltado (the first picture), which I believe is their most popular item. It was sooooo delicious. I stole the pictures of the other meals also, sorry Tausha!! Nic and I will be back very soon so he can try it too! 100% recommend, and yes it is a small restaurant but nothing wrong with takeout! We’ll probably do that next time. But seriously such a tasty meal, and the owners were so kind.

An amazing Peruvian gem with heart and flavor!
This little family-owned restaurant is an absolute treasure. The food is full of authentic Peruvian flavor — every dish tastes fresh, homemade, and cooked with love. From the lomo saltado to the ceviche, everything is perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented.
Our server Judith always so kind and attentive — she made sure we had everything we needed and made the experience even better. You can feel the warmth of the family behind this place, especially from Mari, the owner, who greets everyone like old friends.
It’s rare to find a restaurant that makes you feel both at home and on vacation at the same time. Highly recommend supporting this amazing local spot — you’ll leave full and happy every time! ❤️
