Terrible experience overall. I went to this Burger King, used a coupon from the app for an $8 meal option and the subtotal was $9.29. Listed on the screen shows the $8 deal but nobody could explain why it’s ringing up for more. The rep asked the manager & the manager just argued with me instead of correcting the issue. How often is Burger King getting over on people with these coupons?

Ordered trough Uber Eats, some of the food was a bit cold on arrival, and a bit of the coke was spilled in the bag. Might have been the driver so I won’t blame it on them.
Then again, I ordered a large meal, and specifically asked for a coke without ice. The coke had ice in it, and I was missing my large fries on which I really counted.
A bit sad of an experience, but for now isn’t enough for me to waste my time any further on it, but seeing other people’s reviews it might change in th future…
At least the chicken fries and the burger were around ok.

I have been to many bk’s in my time and this was by far the best one.
Food was delicious, staff was friendly and the place was clean and nice.
I will def come back.

Arrived at 10 min to 10 pm with my family, manager walks to the door and informed us that the lobby was closed and locked the doors, I was about to drive away, being that we were tired and hungry, now I regret not leaving, ordered online, went through the drive through, the employee at the window, she seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. No greetings, no welcoming. “Here’s your drink, this is the other one” walked away. “Here” hands m me a bag, “here’s the other one” walks away. I stayed at the window, we were missing a drink, she turned back “yes?” We’re missing a drink “What drink? ” I informed her it was lemonade “let me see your receipt” I hand over the receipt, walks away, “We’re out of lemonade ” ok, so coke please. Gets the coke hands over the cup, walks away. No thank you, no goodnight, no manners. So, easy in the car I guess, food was cold, tomatoes were soggy, mayo dripping oh and that last coke, the one that was supposed to be lemonade, well, the lemonade ran out as she was pouring and just filled the rest of the cup with coke, so, lemon coke it was. And remember how the lobby was closed, hours of operations say lobby until 11. Thank you Burger King for having it your way, instead of the customer’s.

This was by far the worst Whopper I have ever eaten. The Lettuce, Tomato, Lettuce, meat and pickle were put on and ORANGE BUN with Black seeds on top. When I asked the staff they stated the buns were a Halloween promotion and the same bun only orange in color. Halloween was in Oct and today is Nov 27 almost a month old? I took one bite and it tasted horrible! In addition, the color had to be an orange dye as well. I must add the buns are also considerably smaller as well. I strongly recommend everyone Avoid this Burger King in Sanford Florida next to CVS. I WILL NEVER EAT AT BURGER KING AGAIN!

On Sunday August 4, 2024 at 10:19pm I ordered 3 fiery wraps which were 3 dollars each. I get home open the bag to get the food out, to my surprise there is no meat in there. It looks as if the woman that served me cut one piece of chicken into 3. There were 2 employees sitting outside and she was the one working inside, she might have been the manager, I’m not sure but she was wearing the Burger King uniform. Now, if you don’t want to make 3 fresh chicken, you should have just tilde you don’t have any or just give me an excuse, the. I would have said to forget about it. This is not right at all.

Service was quick- I ordered and was through the line in less than 8 minutes. The cashier was polite. My junior whopper was the perfect temp. The only thing is that my fries were a bit cold so I was a bit disappointed in that part. But otherwise good.

Something is always wrong at this location. Have had nothing but problem before the renovation and still having issues after. Tried to go thru the drive thru and had to leave because their supposedly new soda machine wasn’t working.

Waiting in the drive-thru like normal nobody said anything so I said hello they said hi give me one moment okay so I waited then I saw two cars on the other drive-thru on the right side of me go past me The first one I let slide the second one I’m like hello hello what is going on You let two cars go in front of me and then since I waited about 10:00 almost 15 minutes my code on my reward switched so I gave them my rewards number and they’re telling me it doesn’t work and I’m like well I don’t know what else to tell you but to pull up and show you what I have and they’re like well I don’t know what to tell you because it doesn’t work so we can’t serve you and I’m like that makes no sense You let two cars go in front of me and then now your attitude is I can’t serve you because your rewards number doesn’t work very unprofessional and I asked to speak to a manager through the drive-through speaker and they said they were the manager and they told me it doesn’t work so I don’t know what to tell you and I’m like well as a manager you want to ask to see the code just in case somebody typed it in wrong instead he was telling me it doesn’t work so I don’t know what to tell you I’m like are you kidding me You let two cars pass by now you’re telling me my rewards don’t work and now I’m stuck in the line. I feel bad because this is why these businesses collapse because of people that’s running it people trust you to run the fast food restaurant and that should be a great accomplishment and you want to treat people like garbage It’s not my fault I’m just giving you what I see on my screen and you as a manager should fix it
