The pizza was made well but was cold and the service was awful. My delivery driver was sweet but had our pizza in the back of his truck. When I got it inside it was cold (its 52 degrees outside so makes sense). I called to speak to someone and let them know that the pizza is cold and I think it was because it was in the bed of the driver’s truck. The guy on the phone said he talked to his driver and the driver said it wasn’t in the bed of his truck. I said. Well I was outside waiting for him because our address gets mixed up with the neighbors. I waved him down. He parked and pulled it out of the bed of his truck. The guy argued with me. Told me again what his driver said. I said well, im the customer and im telling you that if he keeps the pizza in his truck it will stay warm and he will get better tips. Dude said that he would credit my phone number for the pizza and then hung up. He was rude. Totally unfortunate. I really wasn’t looking for my money back. I just think that the driver should know and the manager should talk to him about it. The driver was WAY nicer than the guy who answered the phone.

This Pizza Hut location has to get 5* for their customer service. They don’t seem the most friendly, but they have fast service and they will take care of you!
My pizza was knocked out of my hands by the door on the way out, the employees saw it and replaced the pizza!

This location of Pizza Hut has always been a convenient option for serving Edmond. The food quality has always been consistent.
Large decent pizza runs about 12.99 plus tax.
Staff is courteous and the store is fairly clean, most pizza hut locations including this one doesn’t have a dine-in option. So pick-up, curbside or delivery only.

I give this “Pizza Hut” 5’stars, because every time I go there especially, when the manager named: “Nathan” is there, (he’s the one with the brownish/brunette hair); he most-definitely makes sure my food/my order is ALWAYS RIGHT!! Nevertheless, it’s ALWAYS HOT & FRESH!!! He’s NEVER RUDE, SNOBBISH, NOR UNPROFESSIONAL! He’s absolutely the BEST!!! “I kid you NOT”!!! I HIGHLY, and ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend that people place their orders with him, go meet him, and you’ll see exactly why he’s the “BEST”!!! He’s ALWAYS smiling, and making sure your order is correct!! Thanks a bunch, NATHAN!

We have reached this place to takeout pizza after our shopping at OKC on 20Aug2020.
The shop is very small and they are giving pizza by taking out from shop upon your arrival.
There is no drive through.
Pizza taste is Ok.
They need to do little better way to make it good taste. I hope they may do it.
Delivery is fast and people work here are very attentive.

Ordered a pizza fairly late at night granted, but we didnt realize that when we put ring the doorbell when it gets here, they just wouldnt. Because we have dogs that would potentially run out, we ask to ring doorbell and explain its because of our dogs on the order details. We never got any notification whatsoever of our pizza arriving at our doorstep. We go out at the time of our expected delivery and its absolutely covered in bugs. We were never notified at all it was there. And of course this was late so they didnt answer our phone calls on this either. All we needed was a simple notification it was there but they cant even knock or anything. We were waiting on it right in the front room too. Theres no way they could have felt uncomfortable about getting our attention.

Tonight I got the stuffed crust three topping and regular three cheese. I got their Apple pie dessert. First time I’ve seen this option. It’s converted in cinnamon and sugar. And it’s A..H..MAZING!!! 6 about 3-4 bites each for under 5 bucks was a great call. Stuffed crust and cheese pizza were good as always. Hope Pizza Hut keeps them. Sorry, I forgot to take a pic so I did take from google. Can’t believe I’ve never had them.
