We tried this place one night when in mood for pizza. First time ever ordering from Marco’s Pizza. We decided to go the online route as they had some great online deals. We ordered Large Pepperoni Magnifico and was told online it would be about 20 minutes. We arrived early since it is only a block away. We were greeted as soon as we enter by all the employees present. We waited about 5 minutes before the Pizza was ready and were on our way. Found the Restaurant very clean. Employees were very friendly and helpful.
Once we returned home to eat the Pizza we found the Pizza hot and delicious. The crust was very fresh and just the right amount of sauce. We normally do not eat the crust but this pizza was just so delicious. We will be regular customers.

Worst experience!! Me and my family ordered a few pizzas from here a couple days ago and most of the order was good and correct however my pizza was not. I ordered a pizza with no marinara sauce, add white sauce. When I got my order my pizza had no sauce at all, only cheese and the toppings. I called them only to let them know that the receipt showed “ No pizza sauce, White sauce” so maybe that’s where the confusion was. They gave me a free pizza for next time which was really nice of them. Today I ordered the same pizza since I had a free one, when i placed the order i made sure to let them know what happened and to add the sauce this time please. Unfortunately I received my order with… NO SAUCE AGAIN. I called them, still very nice but wanted a new pizza made. The lady on the phone was nice and said she would send it out, but about 5 minutes later I get a call from the person who placed my order calling me a liar. I was shocked and told him i can show him the pizza with no sauce and send him picture/video evidence, but he continued to be very very rude and called me a liar again. This behavior is absolutely not okay, especially when I was very nice the whole time. Will never come here again after this!!!

The last 2 times I’ve ordered their pizza it has shown up late and cold really thought the last time could have been a fluke but 2 times in a row. I will not be ordering from them again. I live lest than 2 minutes from this location

Food is great but they have an attitude. Absolutely no customer service or accountability for their mistakes. So if they get your order right you will enjoy great food. If they don’t… don’t expect them to do anything or care. Their wings are soggy too. Taste is great but they need to leave it in the deep fryer longer bc it taste microwaved.

We ordered a pizza for dine in. And wanted one for take out. Even though we asked for the takeout pizza to wait till after we got our food they prepared them both to go. Had to ask for our drinks. No naokins, salt and pepper, parmesan cheese or anything fir the table. The restrooms were out of order. The pizza was not that good. Totally disappointed

Loved this place for years. Best pizza, great staff. Last 2 pizzas I have purchased over the passed month have really strong/ sour cheese. I don’t know why such a great restaurant would do that, but these pizzas are now not edible.

Today I ordered the BBQ chicken bacon white sauce no bbq sauce pizza. I like your pizza that’s why I keep ordering it. However, today I arrived for the pick up and your rude employees were disrespectful by joking on a paying customer that bbq chicken doesn’t have bbq sauce. I freaking know that I chose no bbq sauce & that “there is no bbq sauce in the bbq chicken” ha ha ha!! Well jokes on you cause you deserve a bad review for that. I will order again but don’t expect the underwhelming treatment.
