Just another pissed off (now ex) customer here. Ordered a bacon chicken cheddar delux. What the hell is this!?!?!? Reading the other comments on here and looks like it’s a common issue that these guys don’t know how to make a sub. Good news is with Subway, Jersey Mike’s, G&C, Captain John’s, and Firehouse Subs all near and all MUCH BETTER at making a sandwich I don’t see this place being around to complain about much longer anyways hopefully

I will be going to cousin’s near regency Mall from now on. The quality of food here has consistently gotten worse and worse. I hope it turns around this has always been my favorite spot. Just doesn’t seem to be any effort or care anymore.

I will not return. Doesn’t accept coupon from pick n save 2 doors down. Terrible service. Fries were over salted terribly. I’ll stick with jersey Mike’s or subway.

Fries sad and undercookee. Almost gave me the wrong sandwich, good thing i checked the receipt. Team working seem disoriented and didn’t know the menu and whats on a philly sandwich. Waited for a while for the correction to the sandwich. Sandwich came out good, will probably go to jersey mikes down the road instead of going here again.

I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up at the time I requested, they hadn’t even started on the order. Three other people waiting had the same problem. The employees were too busy yelling at each other about an incorrect order to make subs. Then when I finally got my order it was also incorrect!!!

I don’t know if there’s new owners but I would not return here. I would rather drive across town to the other cousins than go to this cousins. I went in to order subs and asked to make them a meal. The cashier said that was only online. I pointed to the menu showing her where it literally says you can make it a meal. I don’t know if she was just trying to up charge me or didn’t know her own menu. Would avoid this cousins or order online so you don’t have to deal with them taking your order in person.

If you like being surprised by getting something different from what you ordered this may be the place for you. The last 3 times I’ve order from this location have all been wrong orders. Today I went in to get two loaves of bread and when I got my receipt I saw that they put the order in for 2 large fries. I told the employee and she handed me 2 loaves of bread but didn’t offer to refund my order and correct it.

They used to be a good place to get a sub. Not any more. Tonight wanted a takeout Philly with provolone cheese rather than what normally comes on it. Got home, opened it, and no provolone like I had ordered. I guess you need to unwrap it before you leave to make sure you get what you want. Time before this when I ordered a to go, I was asked three times while waiting if it was to go! So I guess based on these two times, no one bothers to read what the order says in the computer!!

After spending $50 waiting FOREVER and leaving a tip the sandwiches were not made correctly and the fries were not close to being done.
