This is definitely the worst subway in paragould,I ordered a BLT with extra lite mayo now I’m having to sit here and scrape the glob of mayonnaise off,if we’re paying for it then do better and listen to your customers, your food cost too much to be like this,it looks like a 3 year old made this.try having better customer care, and I’m not the only person in town that feels this way about the Paragould store on the Eastside,I would rather drive to Jonesboro than eat at this one. Usually any subway we go to the food is great. This subway (203 E Kingshighway Paragould Ar) is the worst I’ve ever been. My wife’s sub we said no mayo. It’s got mayonnaise on it. My sub I think they poured whole bottle of mayonnaise on it. My grandsons sub is terrible so over toasted he can’t even eat it. Maybe the staff needs more training. Or better yet fired

I’ve ordered this store twice since I moved to Paragould. Every sandwich I have gotten was absolutely perfect. They didn’t last more than 3 minutes lol. Hands down best subway food I’ve had in a very long time. So glad we finally have a good one close to home.

Rude as soon as we walked in. We didint know the dining closed at 8. It’s 830 right now and the young girl told us that the dining was closed. We have at inside later than 830 before. They don’t physically close until 9pm. One of the workers had their child sitting in a booth yelling at him while trying to make our food. Was rude from the start like it inconvenienced them that we even came there. Was rude to the door dashers that came in behind us. Never again. I’ll drive 10 minutes to the other location.

Went there to use a coupon, waited 15 minutes to order only to have them refuse to accept it. It doesn’t matter what the coupon says, their manager makes their own rules for it. False advertising. There’s too many other subways around for me to make that mistake again. The girl I spoke to was nice though. I was very frustrated but I understand what occurred is not her fault.

The place always looks great and I receive fast and friendly service every time. The food is fresh and there are never any issues if I want to customize an order. Their raspberry cheesecake cookies are phenominal.

I am not one to leave bad reviews but this was probably the worst takeout order I have ever experienced. My husband and I went through the drive-thru and the young man that took our order was very rude. We pulled up to pay and he snatched the card out of my husband’s hand and slammed the window. Then, after waiting 30 minutes we finally get our two subs. We were the only people in line and there was no one in the store for it to have taken that long. Finally, the young man handed us our bag without a word and again slammed the window. My husband and I got home and both are subs we’re not made correctly. I can understand if the young man was having a bad day but I myself have also worked in customer service and that was just unacceptable behavior. We went back to get our order replaced and even though we had the receipt and the food in the bag, they refused to replace it.

Online order was completely wrong. Went back up there it was 840pm to get it fixed and they had already locked the doors but their sign said open until 9pm.
