It all started with three friends traveling the country looking for the perfect pizza. It was our dream to bring these experiences back to Bismarck, and in June 2020 we realized that by opening Amici Pizza Company in northeast Bismarck. We strive to become a great family gathering place, that’s as comfortable on date night as it is for a family on game night. Start with a glass of wine and prosciutto stuffed mushrooms, or grab a large cheese pizza for the kids. We’re excited to share our love of great food with you soon!!

THE best wings I’ve ever had. Not just in Bismarck. They have two wet sauces and a dry rub. I’ve had all three and it doesn’t matter. They are perfection. Have been back about 10 times and they have been on point every time. Service has always been great. The restaurant itself seems very clean and organized. The $12.99 lunch special is a pretty dang good deal. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness. I am sorry… Sorry that I haven’t eaten here sooner!! Everything was so flavorful and delicious! We started off with the fried ravioli and the garlic cheese curds. The ravioli was crispy but still had plenty of filling. It was served with this not too sweet and chunky marinara sauce. The garlic cheese curds was served with a red pepper sauce and I’m not a fan of red peppers but this was delicious. Then we had the Quattro Formaggio Mac and a Jupiter pizza. The Mac was so creamy decadent I don’t know what they use on the garlic bread it came with but it paired beautifully. The pizza was hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. It had a crispy cracker crust (which I prefer), tons of toppings and that cheese pull . The waitress was a sweetheart and our drinks never went dry. I would 10/10 definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back for more.

Our families favorite restaurant in Bismarck-Mandan. Always delicious and authentic food, amazing service, and great atmosphere. Only positive things to say every time we visit!

We were driving into Bismarck to drop my son off at college and we knew we were going to be getting late, around 7:50 p.m. at 7:00 we called them and placed an order for pizza and told them we wanted it available for pickup at 7:50 and sure enough right when I walked in the door at 7:50 the pizzas were ready. They were piping hot, and very unique pizzas. We ended up not getting any kind of a regular pizza and I think people were a little bummed because when they think of pizza that’s what they’re expecting. But I enjoyed them a lot, if I lived in this town it would not be my regular go to pizza but it is a very unique experience and worth trying at least once.
And we have plenty for leftover breakfast and lunch over the next day or so.

This is by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had…in my life! We got the Ceres and Mars pizzas, also the Quadro Mac. The pizza crust is flavorless, tastes like cardboard. The toppings need seasoning, sooo blah. No flavor. NO FRICKEN PIZZA SAUCE?! WUUT??? OMG! YOU ARE A PIZZA PLACE, MAKING PIZZA AND THERE’S NO PIZZA SAUCE ON YOUR PIZZAS! Italians are crying everywhere. So your basically eating bread and veggies and no cheese! Cause it’s magic cheese. It disappears as soon as you eat the pizza. No seasoning at all! Flavorless, tasteless, blaaah pizza. Pastas aren’t any better…it’s pasta and melted cheese, no seasoning, not even salt and pepper. My advice, don’t waste your money here and make pizza at home! Yeaaah!!

My husband and I ate here last night! The young waiter was fantastic (I think his name was Seth!). We shared appetizers and a bottle of wine! Food was fantastic and service was terrific!!! A+

Delicious Artisan style pizza, pastas, salads, and more! My hubby tried the Apollo (pepperoni, sliced ham, and fennel sausage, cheese, and red sauce). I tried the Juno (artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, roast garlic cloves, goat cheese, and basil pesto sauce). It was so good! My oldest had the kids build your own pasta. She chose the cavatappi pasta with Alfredo (the Alfredo had a hint of pepper or something that made it a little spicey), so she only ate some and then at a piece of pizza. Will definitely visit again!

First time here and it was the best decision we made for eating out. Service was on it, I never asked or needed anything that was given or asked if we wanted. The food is fantastic, my own opinion the Neptune as long as you like shell fish is the best pizza in town that I have had. The appetizers are also to die for. If passing by or looking for the next place out with the family I would strongly suggest Amici!

I’m in from out of town on work. Ordered a couple pizzas for lunch. Amazing!! Might be the best pizza I’ve had. Fresh ingredients, great sauce, real mozzarella . Perfect crisp. On time. On point!!! Great Job guys!!!
