First time visiting here, spoke to someone before I stopped by to ask about certain dietary restrictions with my food and she was very helpful. Stopped by it was actually pretty empty around dinner time it was very clean that’s for sure, the atmosphere was very pleasant and quiet. Please have grace the young workers are actually petty quiet but very polite. I would say mid price for a decent quick dinner when you are looking for healthy options. My husband and I got the chicken salad BLTs I had had Cranberry Kelli and he had the pimento cheese plus a scoop of the spicy buffalo chicken salad. The food was good. And we will come back again. They have lots dessert options to choose from, cookies, cake, rice crispy treats.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this establishment earlier this week.
The food was adequate. That’s not the burden I have unfortunately. It was the interaction I had with one of the employees. I simply asked a clarifying question about one of the menu choices (I believe it was a Fruity Fran) and this employee was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! He basically scoffed at me and had the shortest temper I have ever encountered in my life. I don’t understand how you can continue to hire people that simply hate customers and the industry they work in. I do not know the name of the employee but he was skinny, tall, and had brown curly hair.
I am truly just in udder shock, I normally am not the type of person to leave such a malevolent review but I feel it is necessary! Please fix this!!

Honestly, I had not heard of Chicken Salad Chick before this visit. Was just an average day of running errands and my friend suggested it for lunch. When we arrived it looked as if we had missed a party. Multiple tables with packages of crackers and meal debris on them and the same mess across the floor. The refrigerator case was highly picked over and mostly empty.
The employee at the service counter was very kind and willing to make suggestions. She walked us through the ordering process and gave amazing descriptions of the chicken salad on the menu. We really had a challenge picking one for our sandwiches.
Overall, we enjoyed our food. We will go back again.
One thing to say, there was a team member was sweeping the floor while diners were in the area. While it may not have bothered others, it could have waited. If it had to be done, a church broom would have been much more effective.

Lots of seating. Clean , friendly service. Fresh made and pretty good for chicken salad. Really good on the croissant, but the bacon was 2 thin strips barely covered half of the sandwich. Light on the lettuce and tomatoes too. The turkey sandwich, thin slice not much turkey, missed the mark on several , expected bigger for the price. Almost 12bucks with no extras. Side of Mac and cheese was like a cheese sauce not very cheesy.

Fast friendly service seemed eager to please. New clean restaurant with a comfotable home feel. I had the Fancy Nancy on the croissant for my first visit, it was fresh and pretty good. They have 13 different chicken salads and I can’t wait to try more of them. The desert cookie was tasty as well!

I have ordered from Chicken Salad Chick many times because their food is good. The last two times through door dash my order has been wrong. It’s very aggravating to not be able to go get your own food, but hate the service you get through ordering online. Who checks the orders? Who makes sure they are correct? Food is not cheap anymore. If I choose an establishment outside of my home to order from, I just wish it would be correct.
Husband went inside for to go…Ordered loaded baked potato soup, got tomato basil. Yuck.
Door dash…Ordered classic Carol, and got some weird one.
Ordered fruity Fran and didn’t get it at all.

Brand new place for our little town. My wife and I arrived at noon and joined the long line of people waiting to order. The inside was nicely done, as it felt very warm and welcoming. While waiting in line, we read all of the framed articles that told the story of how Chicken Salad Chick was started.
Right before the register, there is a “To-Go” food item area for those on the fly. We like to share spicy food, so my wife and I ordered the Jalapeno Holly on a croissant and the Jazzy Julie on wheat. We sat down and waited about ten minutes for our food, which was not bad at all considering the lunch rush. Employees were pleasant.
I had half of the Jazzy Julie and it was incredibly delicious. We did not care for the Jalapeno Holly, which was not spicy. Each meal comes with your choice or soup or salad and a yummy cookie is included.
We would definitely recommend Chicken Salad Chick to friends and family. We are looking forward to our return trip.

My friend in Georgia raves about this place. I’ve passed by a few times but never stopped in. Today I decided to give it a whirl. First of all Trey greeted me as I entered the restaurant. He was knowledgeable about the menu and made recommendations. The manager overheard our conversation and she advised I could try any of the salads I was interested in. I like that concept. I tried the fruit and the onion based flavors. Both were amazing. I paired my order with broccoli soup and a drink. They even give you a little cookie. Yummy!!!! I’m a fan.

First time, customer here! I ordered the Kickin Kay Lynne and it was soooo good! Fresh ingredients and you get a lot of chicken salad, not just a small portion. I ordered to go and I got my choice of chips (but you can pick other sides) plus it came with a pickle and a small cookie! I loved it and will certainly be back!!!

Talked my husband into trying this “healthy food” place. Arrived at 6:15 PM. Only 5 of the 12 chicken salads offered were available to order. Photo shows all the options staff crossed out. Compromised on chicken salad flavor, then learned it could not be served on the bed of lettuce with green salad, because that was not available either. Chose “Wheatberry bread,” toasted. Bread is highly processed, nothing like the name implies. It was not toasted. Only the outside of the bread was slightly browned. Bacon on sandwiches was sub-standard fast food type, heat and serve. Sides were approximately half the size shown in website pictures with salads and fruit overflowing their cups. Soup serving also filled about half of the container. Website photos and descriptions are misleading. Attached are photos of the side dishes we were served before we took a bite. Very disappointing. My partner pledged he will never return.
