1st time visiting. I ordered a pepe and it had no cheese . Took it in and then they gave me this. It was too well done. Burnt meat. They threw my fist sandwich away. I don’t know it they took the meet and put it in again as it is obviously too well done.

I ordered a #4 Turkey Tom with no Tomato, add onions and extra mayo through the drive-thru today. When I got home and took a bite I found it had spicy peppers on it and I am highly allergic to peppers!!!! I have no idea why they put those on it, but after taking my medication for my allergy, I drove back to let them know. All I got was a “Sorry, they must have pushed the wrong button” even AFTER explaining my allergy. They remade my sandwich but no compensation, no refund, not even a free bag of chips for you almost killing me AND me having to drive back to store! The last 3 times I have ordered has been mediocre, with the last taking an hour and 20 minutes for a delivery! Very disappointing.

Every time I go order a sandwich there they mess it up!!! I ask for no lettuce, I get lettuce. I say no tomatoes and I get tomatoes! Why is it so difficult to get an order right? You guys are on a roll and 3 for 3 on messing up the order. I’m not even going to call this time as it does no good. I give up and will continue to leave you bad reviews from others accounts until you either straighten up or close your doors!

I ordered the new Caprese Salami Pesto on wheat with chips and a small drink. When they gave my total at $16.83 I thought that seemed high, but I quickly glanced at the menu, confirmed my order was right and assume quick mental math had me thinking I was probably the one in the wrong.

So I get my order and check the recept. They charged me $1 more than the menu price for the sandwich, 20 cents extra for the chips, and even though I asked for and was given a small drink cup I was charged for a medium.

Initially I still think this must be an honest mistake somehow, so I ask the guy at the register if there was an upcharge for the wheat, he said no. So I ask about the dollar extra (haven’t even mentioned the drink or chip yet) and he says “That’s the price and I can’t change it.” He must know there’s going to be trouble because he almost immediately leaves and someone else steps up. Doesn’t introduce himself or anything and explains that the “prices were changed by corporate” and that he keeps trying to put stickers over the price, but they keep falling off. He offers me a cookie… a cookie. I tell him I want the price difference refunded. This entire time he’s talking over me, accusing me of being rude, saying I should have handled thing’s better. I’ve never once raised my voice, I started this entire conversation with the assumption that I was misunderstanding or missing an upcharge or something.

Finally I just tell him I want the difference refunded. And if he can’t do that I want the full order refunded and he can take the food back. Again he’s defensive and arguing, saying I don’t need to be rude. I gave 2 stars since in the end I did get a full refund and he let me keep the order. The food was great, but the customer service was terrible. You can’t steal (no matter how small the amount) from your customers and then get mad when they call you out on it.

Very consistent, great, lively service and atmosphere. I love that I can order online and just walk past the line to pick it up. This location is better than some I’ve tried nearby. Just better made sandwiches. I’m definitely a regular.

I have been going here for years and have always been happy with the food but the last 2 times i ordered were from work and got delivery they asked if I was paying by cash or card. I told them cash. my problem is The last two times I ordered from there and they brought my food. They told me they had no change which I feel that if they know you’re paying cash, they should have change my food was $12 and I normally give them a $20 bill and five dollar tip which would give me three dollars back both times they said we don’t have any change to give you back so that makes my lunch cost $20 which is just too much I don’t know how these drivers can show up and then say they don’t have three dollars and change to give back so probably going to switch to Jersey Mike’s or Subway

This location must have management issues. To start off I walked in and the music was so incredibly loud I could not hear the person taking my order. I kept asking him to repeat himself and he kept talking quieter. When I handed him cash for the price I thought he told me, he proceeded to tell me the total was different three different times. We got our order finally and went to sit down to eat. Then we had a worker walk up to our table and ask us if we were eating inside. This immediately made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. My 7 year old looked at me asked if we could leave. It was the most bizarre visit. Jimmy John’s as a company is great, this store however, I would pass on visiting.
