Go in for a roast beef and provolone. It had zero red to it at all so order a club instead. Mikes way. Didn’t watch the lady make the sandwich as I was paying to just keep the line moving and this is the absolute pathetic sandwich I get for $13. No lettuce tomato or onion. No oil and vinegar. 1 slice of turkey. 2 slices of ham. Absolutely pathetic. Threw the sandwich in the trash and went to diesels subs instead since I originally passed diesels and continued my way to jersey mikes. Waste of a drive to jersey mikes.

I’ve been a fan of Jersey Mike’s for as long as I can remember and today was my first time at the Lacey location and I’m sad to say I won’t be back. I ate most of my sandwich to find a long hair in the end of my sub. I went back and got a refund, but this is just a heads up to take a close look at your sandwiches when you eat from this location.

I went to pick up a mobile order, one mini. I waited in line and was told to go to the register. I was then cut off by two other customers for pick up orders and the lady at the me register never looked at me. One customer tried to bring it to her attention and she said. “I’m helping you.” I could see my sandwich but just had to stand there and wait for this woman to rudely hand it to me. Being nice only benefits those around you. I am sick of the rudeness and inconsiderate behavior of others, especially staff.

Ordered a sandwich to go and this is the pathetic excuse of a sandwich that they made me for $20. 2 slices of cheese, one slice of meat. These guys are SCAMMERS, intentionally putting less meats on their sandwiches to save the store money. They’re basically ROBBING their customers.

The workers are miserable and rude. My fiance ordered three # 7s and the guy assumed it was all on white bread and we needed one gluten free and then proceeded to say “wow you’re really bad at ordering aren’t you”. As a worker that is extremely unprofessional especially when they neglected to ask what bread we wanted all of them on in the first place. Just because we got 3 of the same meat and cheese doesn’t mean we want it on the same bread. The girl doing the toppings also definitely hates her job.

Was just in the store to order lunch, got about halfway through my sub and found bugs (i believe cockroaches) in the sub. Called the store and spoke with the general manager who was extremely rude and told me he does not stand for my “frivolous complaints”. The cleanliness and service here is absolutely atrocious.
