I ordered Two medium Pizzas At 6:30 P.m. And did not receive it till almost 4 hours later. The app said they did not start making the order until 7 after that I called 3 times during my ridiculously long wait being told that my food had to be delivered, re made, and then delivered again. but still never received, so I started calling again having my call ignored repeatedly. finally someone answered long enough to ask me to stop calling and then hung up immediately after. My dasher even stated they didn’t start the order till 9:38 after being reminded about the order I received my order finally sometime after 10pm after receiving it it’s so coated in cheese that you can’t taste anything else and the dough is soggy

First and last time ordering from this location. I ordered the shaq a roni , 3 cheese pizza, and jalapeno bites. The shaq a roni had no pepperoni on it, which seems like a keep feature to the pizza. I called the store , reported the issue, and they sent another pizza , the exact same way. I’m not even mad , actually impressed that a pizza touting extra cheese and pepperoni could be made and delivered twice without the pepperoni. As impressive as that is, I’ll quit while I’m ahead and choose a local spot from now on. The other 2 products came as ordered with no issues.

Never had this to happen here but it’s been so long since I went. Cheese sticks no cheese and it’s like my pizza was all crust. what little toppings I had were on one side. 2 out of 3 pizza like this. $54 waisted with times like this you only got 1 shot. I Will not take that chance again next door aint much better.

Well, my last visit to this location. Through the years the service has always been hit and miss. Order was for some address on S. Greenwood Ave. I guess it wouldn’t have been so bad if maybe the wrong order had different toppings. But two pizzas with the same toppings and different sizes? Sorry guys but this is the final straw. I just can’t trust the service anymore. I tried the Shaq-a-Roni and couldn’t tell the difference between it and the medium pepperoni pizza.

Don’t expect your pizza to be done anytime close to what they say. Almost 2 hours past when it was suppose to be done before I cancelled my order. It was 2 medium 2 topping pizzas. Not a big order and they weren’t busy when I got there. Won’t be back.

First time I’ve ever had an issue. Have not received my pizza, called store, Trey answered, put the phone down to check my order, then hung up. Called back, kid with no name said I should have my order it was picked up by doordash.Papa John’s used Doordash, I ordered through the Papa John’s website.I said doordash still shows not picked up. Put on hold for manager, 8+ minutes, still no answer. Let me know if you want screenshots.
Update, still on hold, got a text my order was canceled. How do I feed these kids?
Eat local, this chain has terrible customer service. Called again, spoke to Trey, who had a terrible attitude,apparently because he did not cancel my order, but neither did I, and I asked him how he would refund my money, and after a few prods he said it would go back on the card used through PayPal. I will update if my $47.05 is not refunded.

I was told it would take 6 minutes max for my order to be completed and I ended up waiting 45 minutes. I was told everything was done except for one item only to find out I was waiting on a second item after the original item I was waiting for was done because they handed out one of my items on a different order. If you’re going to tell someone something is going to take a certain amount of time don’t sit there and let them think that if it’s going to take longer. Don’t make people sit there and waste their time because you’re incompetent and can’t do your job. 5 to 6 minutes does not equate to 45 minutes no matter how you slice it.
And the manager’s excuse was these people are new. Them being new doesn’t matter when I heard them yell that what I was waiting for was in the oven and I was told it would take 5 to 6 minutes. Then being new does not excuse you handing out part of my order and making me wait even longer because nobody communicated that they handed out part of my order so that they could replace it. Do a better job as a manager and manager people. My Time, your dime, don’t waste it. And you did.

Don’t eat here. Regret not taking photos or videos but if they have the security camera footage of October 29th at 7:30 PM. Don’t know if they were like this. All day, but when I went to get my Pizza i didn’t look in my boxes and realized the breadsticks I had bought were not only overcooked, they weren’t sauced properly.The sauce wasn’t spread and they were thrown in the box without a care someone needs to tell those employees.You should be wearing hair nets gloves and staying off of your phone when you’re at work and touching other people’s food
