ordered for a specific time . order was over an hour late. ordered toasted subs, when they arrived they were soggy and cold . mushy bread, inedible. called store and guy on phone told me that it’s only their job to make the sandwiches and would not give credit or even to remake. i am a patient at the hospital and can’t leave here. cafe was closed so i couldn’t eat anything else. guy at store told me if i wanted anything to dispute charge with my bank. just incredibly inconsiderate. i order jjs all the time and i will never order from this location again

Haven’t been to Jimmy John’s in years. I was not a big fan of their menu. They have really changed the menu & stepped their game up. Toasted sandwiches are good. I had the Chicken bacon ranch without the bacon. Pork allergies.

This has to be the best sandwich shop out there. I’ve been going here for 4 years now and the staff and management is outstanding. I’ve been to other jj but this has to be the best. They are vary fast but that does not take away from the flavor. Even when they are rushing out orders they keep there composer. Every time I bite into a sandwich form this location it feels like the problems of the day just slip away.

Maybe skip the Cubano. I ordered the Italian night club and my wife ordered the Cubano which came out pretty lacking to say the least. Very little ham, bacon, pickles. Pretty disappointing for a sandwich from the “double protein” side of the menu.

Fast and delicious!! I placed an online order for a tuna sandwich. It was delivered to my home quickly and COVID safe. The drink was cold and the sandwich was perfect. No issues and everything as ordered. For under $10 you can’t go wrong! Thank you guys! I’ll order again!

I am so happy to be able to leave a nice review for a change. I ordered on my app and when I got there they did not have my order.
The very nice and cordial young man working in there researched it and found out I had sent the order somehow to a store in Waco instead of Houston. I don’t know how that happened but he was most gracious and actually took the time to call Waco and cancel the order and fix me the sandwich that I had ordered. This boy, whoever he is, deserves a huge raise and promotion because when you have someone like that working for you you better hang on to him with everything you have.
I cannot stress again how great this employee was I would be honored to have him working for me in any business. I have never seen anyone go above and beyond like that and take things into their own hands and fix everything.
