Tried a new dumpling spot and it was such a good find.
The boba teas were so flavorful and refreshing — not watered down at all, just the right balance of sweetness and tea.
We ordered the Szechuan chicken and it was delicious with just enough spice to give it a kick without being overwhelming. The fried noodles were packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. And the dumplings were so good — crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and even better dipped in the sauce.
Everything came out fresh and full of flavor. Definitely a place we’d come back to when we’re craving dumplings and something comforting but bold.

Opening week at “Dumpling Master” was phenomenal! Despite the crowd, we were seated in minutes by incredibly friendly, attentive staff. The chicken dumplings were hands-down the best lately—bursting with flavor. Mapo Tofu stole the show with its silky, top-quality tofu that melted perfectly. Paired with complimentary lychee and taro boba teas, it was flawless. 5 stars—go now!

The dumplings held their moisture even after the ride home, the flavor was better than some of the inner city high end dumpling spots I’ve tried. The dumpling sauce was spot on. The drink was super yummy and the tea tasted very fresh. The restaurant was chaotic because of all the new customers but the staff were calm and kind. Food times were long but the restaurant was packed, customers lining every wall and waiting outside, I think they did exceptional considering the volume of food and drinks they sent out. Everything about my experience was amazing. Thank you, Dumpling Master (dawsonville) for a great first impression. Looking forward to returning to try more of the menu!

I came in during the free drink promotion to see what the hype was about. The drink was okay I’ve definitely had better but the smoothies were actually pretty good.
Unfortunately, the dumplings didn’t meet my expectations. I’ve had better before. They were a bit too rubbery and had too much dough for my taste, although I will say they did include a good amount of meat inside.
The sauces were also a little disappointing. They tasted much saltier than what I’m used to and felt very different from the original flavor.
The line was extremely long and it took about 35 minutes to get my order to go. However, I won’t really hold that against them since they’re new and were running a promotion, which likely brought in a big crowd.
Overall, it was an okay experience, but I was hoping for a bit more based on the hype.

My wife saw this new place by the mall and we decided to try it out. It did not disappoint, food is amazing!!
