Baristas are always asking if you want to leave a tip. Then they ask, do you want to leave money for cancer, families? In the community or some family member, not everyone as a millionaire. Some of us would just like to visit a biggby, get a cup of coffee and leave, we can’t afford the coffee and the tip. And the donation to the cancer people, we all have problems. I’ve had cancer myself. Sometimes I just feel like i’m being used instead of being greeted as a customer i pay good money for coffee. I visit at lease every day, if not twice a day. I can’t keep paying for my coffee and the baristas pay and a donation.
Enough is enough. And as long as I’m complaining, could you please fix the hole in your entrance way? So when I do come in I don’t bust a rim, and have to pay for that too.

Terribly slow now. They should stop hiring slow employees. Sat in line for 20 minutes and they got two cars through in an eight car line. They should really get on the biggbys in Battle Creek because they all suck now
