My brother, mother and I went to Domino’s on Christmas Day 2025. I ordered through the app for pick up, but there was an issue with the computer system. For some reason, my order wasn’t coming up on their screen and then it wasn’t giving the right ingredients. After almost an hour wait, the manager comped our four medium pizzas. What a pleasant surprise and nice end to the day!

Placed a late order, after 11PM. I didn’t expect the quality or customer service I received.
The food arrived quickly, very hot and very fresh. I would’ve understood if it hadn’t been so, end of the day and they likely want to go home. The driver had a smile and treated me as if he’d just started his shift, not finishing it. I called to thank them and the manager was very sweet, thank you all for a great dinner and snack for my dogs.
I really appreciate everyone making my night better and hope this review finds you all and you’re rewarded in some way.

Order before 7. App showed prep starting at 7:01. App demanded that I put my hotel room number in. App said I would have my pizza in 22 to 37 minutes. An hour and fifteen minutes later the front desk called me to say that my pizza was in the lobby. Not delivered to the room, when I asked for Parmesan and pepper flakes I was told that I didn’t get them because I didn’t order them. 45 minutes late. Not delivered to room. Attitude from the driver and no parm or pepper flakes and I paid $50 for this pizza. Won’t do business with them again

Just placed an order and I am sad to say this is one of the worst wings I’ve ever received. Dominos used to drench their hot wings in sauce (which everyone LOVED) and instead was delivered these dry wings that weren’t cheap. This isn’t the first time they’ve been given like this. The first time I basically let it slide and told myself ‘maybe they were just out of sauce’. But tonight was the second time so I called. They were helpful over the phone in remaking the order but just to give me the same thing. The third pic is from the first order tonight. There’s seriously 2 lines going across the wings. The second pic is of the remake order and it is just SAD. The first pic is the wing turned over and you can see there’s NO sauce at all!!! I ordered HOT WINGS not regular wings! Completely disappointed with Dominos lately and will be trying Pizza Hut. If you don’t mind not getting what you paid for then go ahead but these are poor excuse of wings.

Ordered the unlimited toppings deal from these guys and every bit of the extra toppings I ordered was almost the exact same as a regular pizza. They manager didn’t care about hearing my complaints and I told them it looks like they’re scamming people. I handed the pizza back and asked for my money back and they were quick to oblige. I’ve eaten here my entire life and never had service as awful as this. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Don’t fall for their scams.

I liked the sandwich I ordered. Pineapple was good, jalapeno was just right, but there wasn’t much chicken. I understand that everything is more expensive, but I kind of expected to have some chicken in every bite. Wasn’t awful, wasn’t great. I bought the pizza for my contractors workers. They were grateful, not sure about excited. I tipped the delivery driver pretty decently, but I had to reach in the bag to get my own stuff, weird. JS

It’s very obvious to me that this Domino’s Store does not care for their customers specific instructions for food or toppings. In every occasion that I’ve ordered from here, they will skimp or completely ignore what I’ve specifically requested for my toppings on pizzas or pasta meals. I.E no extra toppings or toppings at all or completely giving me an entirely different food from what I’ve ordered to save themselves time. I’ve gone to the store every time for pizza or pasta because I love Dominos, but I absolutely despise the way they treat customers and their food at this store. I’ve been met with constant eye rolls and sarcasm and its clear now that I am not the only one dealing with these problems at this store.
