I want to just complement the young lady who was taking orders up front! Her customer service is outmatched and the way she handles customers is extremely wonderful! The way she handled things while being short staffed and still managed to be so kind is amazing I hope she does bigger and better things in life she’s too good for Popeyes. Stopped in yesterday. Great, fast service. My experience with Popeye’s has always been that the flavor is outstanding, the service is usually poor, but you put up with it for the delicious chicken, right? Half the time they tell you they are out of chicken,. You’ll have to wait half an hour, etc. This time the service was professional and fast. The chicken was well cooked, well breaded, but unfortunately, bland. Did they forget to season the chicken before breading? I got the mild, but the mild is usually at least a little spicy. Same with the mashed potatoes. Good and fresh, but also bland. It was kind of the anti-Popeye’s experience. In some ways surprisingly good, in other ways disappointing.

Good food but if your allergic to something they won’t care I told them no gravy and they still gave me gravy I took it back up and told them I said no gravy and told them why and he refused to give without gravy because kitchen closed also he won’t give me a discount so don’t go there if you allergic to anything they are very unprofessional. They also won’t give use unbreaded chicken my mom can’t eat hard things because she has no teeth so she could have choked on a piece and if I didn’t see the gravy I could have had a allergic reaction there

Ordered ahead online and order not ready when I got there and it was slow. Waited an additional 15-20 minutes in the restaurant for my order. Got home and the order was missing several items I paid for. Didn’t think I would need to double check my order when we were the only ones there. I live 30+ minutes away so first and last time visiting this restaurant. Tried to call when I got home and no one answers the phone. Submitted a chat complaint online – I want a refund for the missing items I paid for.

I moved here about a year ago and I eat out a lot. Every fast food restaurant in this god forsaken town messes up my order but this place has messed it up the most. Out of the last 5 times I went there, 4 times they messed up my order. Idk if they can’t understand what I’m saying or what but they need to get a grip on their staff. They are not fast food if you spend 10 minutes in their drive through and then have to either call or go back and make it a 30 minute ordeal just to get some chicken. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Stop by there today, we had a big order, the new girl doubled up one of our orders but we’re totally fine with it, we understand. We think the manager took over and confirmed our order, fixed it and apologized. He ended up giving us the extra sandwich since they already made it which was nice, we scored a free sandwich! Everything was excellent! They even gave us forks for the coleslaw, the store in Appleton and Green Bay always forget this. It was a really good experience, we are very satisfied. We will stop by again at this location!

Was greeted 3 times- told hello one moment, we waited, was told hello again one moment, and then immediatly told hello again. We were the only ones in the drive through and the parking lot was empty. Ordered the 10 piece chicken family meal. Long wait time and wanted chicken tenders and received actual bone in chicken pieces. Tried calling twice to see if mistake could be fixed but both times no one answered the phone.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. It took them 10 minutes to take my order and another 10 to get my food, and on top of that I only have a half an hour lunch. I also had to yell for the employee in order for her to actually take my order. I got about 10 fries. Not Impressed. There were 3 people there and still took them that long to get a sandwich and fries out! Pathetic. They were all just standing around doing nothing. There was no reason why I had to wait 20 minutes in total for something that should’ve taken a total of no more than 10 minutes.
