Thanks for the pube in my Italian from 2/21/26. I’ve had hair in my food before. Not the end of the world but first time pulling out a pubic hair. I almost threw up. How does that even happen? Makes me sick just thinking about it. Absolutely disgusting is an understatement. Super trashy. Have some self respect as well as respect for others..

WORST FIREHOUSE I HAVE EVER ATE AT! Ordered online. Waited inside by the online pickup shelf Saw people come and go picking up orders from the shelf. 20 minutes later I walked up to the counter and asked about the order. The bag was sitting open in the prep area. The food was barely warm. The medium meatball sub had 3 meatballs. They tried filling it with sauce to disguise the fact there were no meat balls. I will never stop at this location again.

I had 6 items to pickup and only received 5. I should of checked! Once I got home 2 of the subs were make wrong and I was missing 2 orders of garlic bread. I’ve tried to call about 10 times over the last 30 minutes and it’s busy everytime. My guess is that they took the phone off the hook. Very disappointing when your trying to feed a family of 6. P.S answer your phone this is pathetic.

The Harrison Ave crew serves up delicious hot subs with a smile. My favorites are the pepperoni pizza meatball and smokehouse beef & cheddar brisket subs. Love their Coke freestyle machine too. Very spacious inside with many tables.

Don’t waste your money.
Just ordered food and ….none of that sandwiches have cheese for some reason lol and they are missing key ingredients. Maybe stop hiring teens to work? Definitely filing for a refund. Slathered mayo all over two of the sandwiches instead of the sauce that was supposed to be on it. One didn’t even have half the ingredients like onion , peppers, or cheese .will never be coming back.
Update. Filed for review and was denied a refund. Like I said your better off not wasting your money especially if they can just mess up your food completely and then choose not to issue a refund.thats just bad business .

Ordered 3 sandwiches, and each one was made haphazardly and missing at least 1 ingredient (we got 2 slathered in mayo, missing slaw & bbq sauce and another sandwich missing peppers and cheese). Reached out to firehouse via their app (where we ordered from) and received the response, “Looking into this order and the order type, any refund or compensation must be processed from the store directly as the order was processed through their POS system. Please note that our stores are individually owned and issuing a refund is ultimately up to the store manager or owner’s discretion”. We live 30 min away, I’m not driving back in on a maybe it will get fixed, maybe it won’t.

First time here. Stopped it for lunch to-go today. There was no line. The cashier was nice and walked me through my order. The sub came out fast and right. I took it back to work. The italian sub was large. I didn’t realize they would toast it and melt the cheese. I prefer cold subs. The sub was still very tasty. Next time, I will make sure to have them not heat or toast my sub. Overall it was a very enjoyable meal.
