I understand a busy day, but also understand the difference between unprepared and being prepared. I will never shop here again due to the amount of times I have been disappointed & the constant let down.
Also for the workers this is truly an unfair environment to thrive in. The building is as big as a car garage, yet still host dine-in eating, and is expected to stay afloat with a high demand.

The people were very friendly. The bulletproof glass partition between the food preparation and eating areas however did not give me a very homey feeling. If the neighborhood is that bad maybe they should just not have interior dining.

Very busy this evening but a very kind young man did a great job. It was extremely busy for just one person to handle, however, he remained calm, was very friendly and accurate. Great service considering he did indeed need another employee to assist him. I was very impressed as I frequently go to this particular subway and was the best service I’ve encountered.

I’d been to this Subway before, but this was the 1st time the person who was making my family’s sandwiches told us which color sticker they were putting on which sandwich so we’d know which was which. This sounds like a small detail, but every time my family gets sandwiches, we get home and have to open the sandwiches to try to decipher who it belongs to. I believe our server said his name was Zoe or something similar to that. He took care with everything he did

The staff was very unprofessional and didn’t explain why l couldn’t use my free coupon when purchasing a footlong ,the sandwich was sloppy and didn’t look good and while using the coupon you can only get certain footlong and the coupon really says that. l wouldn’t go here anymore.

The food is as good as any other Subway. They have the same variety of meats, veggies, cookies, and one cool thing is they even have some local favorites. Not sure how they came to be, either enough people kept ordering the combination or someone had strong influence to suggest it. Haven’t tried any, but I thought it was cool. Their menu is not the best though, it’s kind of hard to see it and it’s not very descriptive/visibly pleasing. And being in Flint, it’s behind bulletproof glass. Other than that it’s another Subway
