Placed a mobile order and received the notification it was ready. As I was pulling into their parking lot they call me and say half the order isn’t available because their ovens have been inoperable for some time now. Can you not mark things as sold out if they are unavailable anymore? I’ve seen it before…

We ordered a delivery order and door dash sent it to the wrong place. The staff here went out of there way to make a special trip to make sure we got our food and even gave us desert. Not sure the name of the lady who dropped the food off but i just want to say thank you !!! We have nothing but good things to say in ensuring the best customer service was given.

I really dislike giving poor reviews. I like Panera/St. Louis Bread Co. I HATE not having a person take my orders. I waited 10 minutes with my son as staff worked and ignored me at the counter. When I was helped, the staff member did not seem to understand I wanted him to take my order; he kept offering me an extra cup. He then could not work the register and when he asked for assistance from another staff member, the staff member dismissed him with a wave and walked away. A third staff member came out and told me I could not have my order because it was not on the menu till November 5th. The item was listed on the digital menu. So, my experience was poor maybe someone else will have a good one. I will NOT be coming back to this location.

We have had quite a few issues with our orders. I called up after I placed my order and spoke with one of your managers. I ordered lunch for my team today.
When I tell you that our order was FANTASTIC it does not nearly do it justice. From presentation, to freshness and accuracy it was next level amazing!
She took great care of us, my team has been RAVING that it was the BEST lunch they have ever had! Complete redemption.

I am a fan of Panera Bread. Love the bagels, thus I went to receive my free reward bagel Sunday around 3pm. It was it a good experience.
They had only one person waiting on six customers. We waited patiently to be served. It took me seven minutes to be served my free bagel. The employee could not even bread slice it for me. She had a manager work the slicer. Finally after seven minutes I received my bagel and promptly left.
I decided to give them the benefit and return Monday around the same time. Low and behold the same experience different people. I wish I could say they treated me well but that is not the case.
The store was clean and there is plenty of parking. The do have handicap parking as well. The food is always good the coffee is the best. If you are looking for good food this is the place to go. If you want good food and good service you might try some place else

Drive Thru pickup is not efficient whatsoever. We order online, just to wait in the drive thru line anyways? But they have online order parking spots, yet we were told to wait in the drive thru line, and pull up to the window as if we ordered in drive thru. Also we called and only then did they tell us we could pull up to one of the doors and they walked out to give us our foods. After about 20 minutes of waiting. ( 7:40 to 8:13). But the worker was nice and apologetic. When we opened our to-go containers to check, The strawberry salad didn’t have strawberries, and the margarita pizza w basil didn’t have any basil. When we drove around again to ask they said they were out of basil. And again we had to wait in the drive thru line. So much for wanting to eat Panera at the park and watching the sunset. The time we were waiting it got dark. A little upsetting… :/
