Adding a photo. The wings looked sad and tasted worse. The bacon on the pizza was basically rubber, no amount of chewing helped. Hard pass. But it’s standard for them. This place only survives bc it’s the only delivery option in Albany without having to use door dash. $45 for trash. A $4 tombstone pizza would’ve been a better option.

Wings had almost no sauce. Jalapeno bread was awful and half had no cheese on it and on the inside there was nothing in some of it. Ordered it at Abt 10:30 last night and I just can’t believe they sent it out like that and we regretted leaving a tip or ordering anything at all

You can see my first review, I only gave 4 stars, but after today, they definitely earned that 5 star! The lady I clean for, her handicapped son ordered pizza over the phone. When I went to pick it up, I realized that he made a mistake, but Steven was super helpful getting it all fixed for us and had the pizza cooked and in our car right away. I can’t say enough about how polite and professional Steven was during our interaction. Someone needs to give that man a raise! He is exactly what customer service is supposed to look like!
Original review: I would have ranked higher since this location is really good, but I feel like Domino’s overall has been effected by shrikflation. I ordered a medium pizza, and I swear it was a small pizza! I even asked the worker, and they confirmed it was the medium. No wonder they can afford to still sell them for $6.99. I’ve ordered from this location plenty of times now, the staff is always friendly, and the pizza is correct and delicious. The real only complaint is how small the pizzas are now. Real bummer.

My go to pizza place here in Albany for the last six years. Always order to pick up as delivery is slow (see update below) – but food is always consistent / good quality and window service is always friendly too. I prefer the sauce and crust here over the other big chains. Edit, 8/12/23, finally tried the tots (philly cheesesteak). They were fine. The ingredients were low on flavor (but not bad) though I guess when you take out the tomato sauce and replace the garlicy, buttery, pizza crust with plain tots it’s to be expected. Still, I’d order them again at some point and see if another combo is better or worse. Placed an order for delivery recently (rare for me, but – circumstances) and it took over an hour to arrive after leaving the oven. I’ll continue to avoid that at all costs (literally, considering additional fees).

I just picked up a pizza ordered for 11 am. Got home and everything on it was dried or drying. It had undoubtedly been cooked well before my pickup time it is a 10 mile round trip for me to get my pizza. I am 82 years old and I really resent getting this kind of service. I cannot go back now so we ate it, not very good with dried meat and veggies. Since I am in social security I cannot waste money. You should be ashamed of your selves!!!
