Ordered through drive-tru, took almost 30 min to get the food. Got home and found out they gave me the wrong food .Tried to call them multiple times but no answers. Had to run back and waited in line again to get the correct food. The whole ordeal took me over an hour . I suggest checking your order every single time before leaving the place. Don’t just trust them!

First time they gave me the wrong food and the other night they stopped making food by 9 the other night and haven’t answered even after 5 calls over the spam of 15 minutes. Definitely don’t recommend anyone going to this location, staff is rude and gives u paper straws if u pull up after 930

Let me start off by saying I hate orange chicken (unpopular opinion I know) but I ordered a bigger plate with fried rice, sweet fire chicken and honey sesame chicken with a side of chow mein. Why did they complete ignore my order and decide to give me what they wanted to give me which was half chow mein half fried rice. 2 servings of orange chicken and half honey sesame chicken. I ordered at 8:00 so Im thinking they ran out of what I wanted and didn’t feel like dropping more since they close at 9 but THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT. I’m never going back to the pinelake location. This is the 2nd bad experience for me there. They’re closed now so I can’t call and get a refund but this was a complete waste of my money and I’m going to bed hangry as heck. Please don’t go here if you can go to the other locations. I learned my lesson the hard way.

the customer service was bad they didn’t greet me or anything and I have worked in fast food and I don’t treat my customers like that. The lady at the window sounded mean and didn’t say anything back when I was being polite. My Cho mein had a lot of vegetables in it and I’ve been here like a week ago and it wasn’t like that.

I don’t know why this guys at this restaurant are either always closing early or to close the place down faster not cooling enough food. But they just plain run out of food all the time. Its no joke every time I come to this place they don’t have the food in the menu. I honestly think it’s a poor management issue.

It’s 6:00 on a Saturday night and I’m told it’ll be 45 minutes for white rice. Dude in charge of rice couldn’t have cared less when the ladies asked for rice. It felt like a broken ice cream machine at McDs.
